'Appartement très bien situé, en tres bon état et tres propre. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Les 2 metros sont à 10/15min mais plusieurs bus passent à 5/10min. Little Venice accessible le long du canal à 30min à pied. Un grand Sainsbury est à 15 min à pied mais plein de superettes autour (dont un coast cutter) Bien adapté pour 4 adultes, peut etre juste pour 6 (SdB petite et WC non séparés), et trop petit pour 8.'

'The quality of the hotel was completely fantastic, clean and modern, I really had a home feeling using this apartment. I would recommend this a hundred percent. Maybe the check in time 15:00 might be to late for some, I'd advise more flexibility with check-in's for example check in times can be at 10:00 or 11:00 am. That's about it :) '

'I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. "Hotel is a little outdated. No active ventilation in bathroom whilst the door has to remain shut. No sockets next to the bed Some staff members in the restaurant have a really hard time listening to the guests. Very inconvenient you cannot pay with cash. Also says a lot about how much they trust their staff. Beds are good. Common toilets can use more maintenence during the day. Especially in the conference center during events. Also it is a shame they use to have a stairlift but it is kot active anymore. Especially since there is no elevator. It prevents people in a wheelchair to have a sit-down breakfast, dinner and a drink "
