'Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Ample supply of pots pans dishes etc. pool area is beautiful and clean. So enjoyed our vacation and hopefully staying at your home again. Thank you Cheryl!'

'We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.'

'Stayed here for a month and it was beautiful. The outdoor area was wonderful. Outdoor Furniture further from the slider is in really poor shape and not really usable, so we only used the one table just at the slider. Needed some more attention to cleaning the pool deck and doing something with the kids stuff for the pool as it was just in a dirty heap at the foot of the stairs outside Overall our month long stay was wonderful and I would recommend this home highly. 'Beautiful and quiet community hidden in Ruskin FL. 45 min from Tampa or St. Pete activities. The sunsets on property are postcard Gorgeous. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels, but bring your own shampoo, soap or body wash. Coffee pot in unit 517 is a Mr.Coffee drip style in case you were wondering. 'Clean, beautiful and everything you need to relax We really did enjoy ourselves. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was not far from several different beaches/activities. Only reason for the overall rating of a 4 was the beds were very firm (bottom bunk beds where more comfortable for us compared to king bed) and security lighting on 24/7 without blackout curtains in bedrooms (this could be oir error. There might have been a way to turn them off and we just didnt know how/were).'
