'Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right by the slopes, recently renovated with a cozy and modern feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. A perfect spot for a ski holiday – we’ll definitely be coming back!'

'Very nice place to stay. Original a 17e century building and rebuilt 1999. Good breakfast. We stayed at the top floor in the parachute. What has a low ceiling with wooden logs. I can tell you these are very hard…..
Nice thing is also you have to change your shoes an get a pair of slippers.'

'Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

'I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '

'The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. "Parfaite localisation. Sur les pistes, près de commerces et quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Propreté de l’appartement était bien.Par contre équipements cuisine très basiques mais ok . Solo dans un studio pour 4 donc assez de place, espace restreint si 4 personnes ensemble. Personnel avenant et bonne note générale pour un 3 etoiles"

"The apartment was housed in an old building in the middle of centre. when we arrived we checked in via phone, and they gave us the code of the locker. When we opened the door we saw immediately it was NOT clean. the curtain in the room was stiffened and hands apart. The ceiling hands full of stains and dust nets, in the rooms as in the living area. The toilet seat was made of inferior plastic and cracked so it hurt your hole. Once there was a toilet roll holder but it had been pulled out of the wall. The site said the flat had been recently renovated, indeed there is a new floor but it stops there. In the bathroom there was mould everywhere and the curtain to the bath was in wretched condition and full of mould . It definitely needs a big painting and cleaning job ! "
