'We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable, light, airy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. 'Everything about this charming countryside retreat was what we hoped for and more. The staff was a welcoming and alsways there to help. The food was delicious and better than we expected. 'Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!'

'It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles.
