Boyne City House, gezinsvriendelijk, gratis wi-fi, lopen naar het centrum en het openbare strand

Onze mooie 2700 m², twee verdiepingen tellende huis heeft 4 slaapkamers, 3 volledige baden en slaapt 13 met gratis WI-FI. Nadat we ons huis in 2016 hadden gekocht, hebben we alle kamers bijgewerkt. Het huis is een korte 3 blokken lopen naar BC restaurants en winkels en ook een 3 blokken lopen naar Peninsula Beach openbare toegang om te zwemmen of gewoon loungen op het strand. Het huis is een zeer populaire keuze voor gezinnen die bruiloften bij Castle Farms bijwonen, op slechts 25 minuten rijden. De keuken heeft alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, de wasruimte heeft een nieuwe wasmachine en droger, de hoofdslaapkamer heeft prachtige nieuwe witte meubels in cottage-stijl en de grotere slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping heeft 3 nieuwe full-size bedden in log-stijl, een dressoir en nachtkastjes ook. Onze omheinde achtertuin heeft een verhoogd terras met terrastafel en 4 stoelen, terwijl de onderste bestratingspatio een propaangrill heeft, vuurplaats met 4 stoelen. Kelder werd volledig gerenoveerd in de winter van 2017 en omvat een 50-inch flatscreen-tv en een bank om tv te kijken, een grote koelkast, professionele pooltafel, tafelvoetbaltafel en tafeltennistafel om te entertainen. Geniet van uw ochtendkoffie zittend op de schommel op de overdekte veranda of op een van de Adirondack-stoelen. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor 4 auto's op de oprit op Park Street plus 4 extra auto's of twee boottrailers kunnen worden geparkeerd op de oprit naast de steeg in de achtertuin. De geweldige restaurants en winkels van Downtown Boyne City liggen op slechts een paar blokken lopen van het huis. En we zijn 3 korte blokken verwijderd van Peninsula Beach, een prachtig openbaar strand met een speeltuin, voorzieningen en picknicktafels. Als u een schipper bent, zult u dol zijn op Lake Charlevoix! Zowel de Harborage Marina als de gemeentelijke jachthaven van Boyne City liggen op loopafstand en er zijn slips te huur. Boyne City heeft de grootste boerenmarkt in Noord-Michigan en rijdt elke woensdag en zaterdag in Veteran's Park en er zijn meestal ook twee of drie foodtrucks aanwezig. "Stroll the Streets" is een evenement op vrijdagavond in de zomer. De hoofdstraat is afgesloten voor auto's en er zijn bands, eetgelegenheden en andere gezinsvriendelijke evenementen.

Our family had such a great time here! The house was really comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit with local family. We loved being able to walk to town for food, shopping and especially Stroll the Streets! Being so close to Avalanche Mountain was also awesome. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras, which made cooking meals easy. My mom absolutely loved sitting on the front porch each day. The weather was perfect. Such a great spot! We’d definitely love to come back!

Park Street gathering

Our family (9 of us from 3 generations) stayed at this property to attend a wedding at Walloon Lake Country Club. It was a great house. It was very clean and well supplied. I especially appreciated the high quality sheets. The basement has lots of entertaining games: pool, ping pong, foosball, beer pong, and Connect 4. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house, host, city, & vacation!

Don’s 518 S Park Street property is clean, well decorated, spacious, and very conducive to family time! We felt so “at home” in this house for our vacation week! You can walk to town in only a few minutes and Boyne City has a beautiful beach, great restaurants, nice pickleball courts, and a fun downtown area. Don was very helpful answering questions before we booked the house and after we booked about Mackinac Island, which is only an hour’s drive from the house. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room in the basement is top-notch! We highly recommend this property and will want to stay there if we ever visit Boyne City again!!!

Perfect House for Extended Family Vacation

Great location within a 5-10 minute walk of great restaurants and bars in Boyne City and a very clean public beach on Lake Charlevoix (which is a lot warmer than Lake Michigan). House listing was super accurate and the property owner was very accessible. Nice neighborhood.

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. All the bathrooms have been updated. Walking distance to town. There is a really nice game room in the basement. Nice outdoor space -private backyard with deck and patio with fire pit. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and a swing to relax and hangout. Host was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat and shop. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Our first Annual Labor Day Family Getaway

From the first time I saw this house I knew it would be perfect for our family getaway. From the beginning to the end everything went seamlessly. The owner was quick to respond and made us feel welcome with all of the information he shared. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and all eleven of us had more than enough room. The beach and town were within walking distance and the neighborhood was lovely. The sweeping front porch was one of our favorite places to sit and enjoy each other's company. We had a wonderful time and were wanting to rent it again next year but somebody beat us to it. 😞

The home was beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located. We hosted a family reunion evening dinner for 25 and we all fit comfortably. The fabulous front porch was our favorite place to hang out. Coffee on the swing first thing in the morning set the wonderful tone for our days.

Amazing stay at large, beautiful home

We had a great experience with this rental and would definitely stay here again. Don has a very large and beautiful home that is great for a big group or family. We had a group of friends in town for a wedding nearby and we loved having the cozy common area, the game room downstairs, and the large backyard. Friends Weekend

We stayed for a “friends” weekend. The property was well equipped and in a great location- walking distance to town (about 2 blocks). The house was spotless . It is tastefully decorated. There is a terrific “sports” fun room in the basement with a kitchenette/full bar/ ping pong table/ separate pool table/ media area / game area for a large group. The backyard had a nice size green area, deck, a grill and a separate fire pit area. The only minor negative comment is that the outdoor table only sat 4 people ( we had 7). I plan on returning to this location!

Perfect location for our Fall trip

Staying at this property with VRBO was good experience for me and friends. We planned our fall trip & chose to stay in Boyne city. This location is close to downtown. The property is upgraded with almost everything equipped, Nicely cleaned & maintained. Basement is full of entertainment for kids and grown ups as well. I would definitely refer this property.

Perfect Once Again!

This was our third time to spend a week in this beautiful home in Boyne City and each time it gets better. The house is always super clean, has everything we could possibly need and a perfect layout for the 10 of us. This year we were surprised with a beautiful new fireplace in the living room, gorgeous updated bathrooms and a new ping pong table. The game room in the basement is the hit each year with the grandkids. The location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants in town, good fishing, and beautiful beaches and an easy drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix to hunt for Petoskey stones! Each year we find more to do and make more memories with our family. Thanks so much Don and Karen for sharing your lovely home!!
