'What a great hotel. The manager was fabulous. We were upgraded to a villa for the week. Spacious room and bed was very comfortable. Right next to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was grand. Thanx Liri. '
'Good location close to highway for those not wanting to go all the way into Gladstone. Cabin was good just had some external damage to the outside wall that hadn't been repaired but did not impact the inside amenities which were comfortable and fit for purpose.'
'One of the rooms they put us in had a damaged front door which we found out it was damaged the night before , the manger try to screw the door back together but it was busted so they not only moved us but also next door as they had there door kick. The other room was ok but had a smell and didn’t have a smoke detector just the mounting plate.'
'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'
'I was late reaching the place. Called the after hours number. Got the code to access my keys. Spent a restful night in the room and left in the morning refreshed. Returned the key in the key return box. Very smooth entry, stay and exit. Thanks to the Team at CQ'
