'Super sfeervolle en knusse accommodatie met heerlijk zwembad. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn super vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar om het je naar je zin te maken. Het hotel biedt strandstoelen en parasols gratis ter leen aan om te gebruiken op het strand. Het strand zelf is nog geen 5 min lopen door een klein bospaadje en erg mooi en rustig!! Verder leuke omgeving, genoeg uitvalswegen en mooie plek in Florida. iDEAAl!! Wij komen zeker terug! '

There was an ice machine near my room, and I heard it running all night long. The floors were dirty. I put a white towel on the floor, but it turned black from the bottom. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '

'Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering...

'I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful.'

'The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. (The list doesn’t help you dry off when you get out of the shower) We grabbed 2 towels from the really small pool and took a shower. When we returned...
