This is a perfect spot for access to Windsor, Ascot, Reading and a short drive from Heathrow Airport. Close to the racecourses at Windsor, Ascot and Kempton Park, as well as easy drives to Legoland, Lapland, Liquid Leisure and Thorpe Park. Fancy watching some polo? Less than 10 minutes from the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and The Guards Polo club is a 15 minute drive. Swinley forest or Windsor Great Park are great for cycling, dog walking or just exploring.

Two double bedrooms - the upstairs one is divided into two single beds with another fold away single bed, unless otherwise requested, and a spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchenette.

There are NO Facilities for charging electric vehicles.

If taking a monthly or long term rental a weekly or fortnightly cleaner is available on request and at cost. They will change bedding, provide fresh towels, empty bins, clean thoroughly throughout either whilst you are there or when you have left for a few hours; whichever is preferred.

Heating is turned on the day prior to your arrival, or first thing in the morning, weather dependent. It can be controlled on site by yourselves by either the thermostat in the kitchen or via the individual radiator thermostats, apart from in the downstairs bedroom.

If you have pets staying, please pick up after them in the garden area.

If you are looking for walking in the area, take a right out off the gate towards the end of the lane where you'll see a gate to the left at the end. This takes you towards Warfield Church and access to lots of walking for yourself and your pets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and equipment. However, if things are missing do let me know as I know things can easily get misplaced or broken.
