Perfect for a group getaway, this spacious six-bedroom getaway is comprised of upper and lower living spaces, each equipped with its own full kitchen, gas grill, patio, and a private washer and dryer to accommodate separate families. Located just across the street from the beach, you'll be just steps from pristine white-sand beaches and within easy reach of many of the area restaurants. Towels, blankets, one umbrella, and two chairs are provided for beach-going convenience. A collection of classic board games offer rainy day entertainment. Added perks include central air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Anna Maria Public Beach, all within one-and-a-half miles), it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Sample fresh, local seafood with a creative flare at The Ugly Grouper or try something savory at Smoqehouse, both a short drive from home. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports! The local area has a free shuttle Trolly to visit all three beaches easily.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
