Gelegen op slechts enkele minuten van golfstranden en het eiland Anna Maria. Zeer gewilde locatie in New Bradenton. Dicht bij vele bezienswaardigheden binnen een paar minuten rijden. Een van de favoriete bestemmingen van Florida en Amerika. Verschillende stranden binnen een paar minuten rijden van dorpsgroen! Kom genieten van wat plezier in de zon!

2 SLAAPKAMER / 2 BAD volledig gerenoveerd. Dit huis werd onlangs geschilderd en gerenoveerd. Keuken is voorzien van nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, kasten, granieten toppen en tegelvloeren. De wasmachine en droger zijn uit de keuken. Het eetgedeelte staat open voor de woonkamer met tegelvloeren, coach, stoelen en een nieuwe 42 'flatscreen-tv. Slaapkamer heeft queensize bed, inloopkast, tegelvloeren en onlangs gerenoveerd bad met inloopdouche. Gast BR beschikt over 2 tweelingen, tegelvloeren, met dubbele deur toegang tot nieuw gerenoveerd complete badkamer met bad / douche en extra grote ijdelheid. Prachtig aangelegde tuin met mooi terras aan de achterzijde.

De serre beschikt over een slaapbank voor eventuele extra gasten, samen met enkele leesstoelen en fauteuil. Er is ook een kersenbureau als u uw laptop / iPad meeneemt om verbonden te blijven.

De hoofdslaapkamer en de gastenslaapkamer hebben ook nieuwe vloeren, dus gemakkelijk te onderhouden en te omzeilen.

Master bad beschikt over douche, wastafel en graniet.

Gast bad heeft dubbele deur toegang voor extra privacy naar de tweede slaapkamer. Voorzien van bad / douche, wastafel en graniet.

The property is convenient to the beach, pickleball, eating and shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. The hosts were great and timely with any requests we had.

Thank you for letting us stay in this house! It was just as listed, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Florida. It was very clean, the kitchen had enough pots/pans/etc. for us to make do, and the neighborhood was very nice. Our kids slept just fine on the pullout couch, and they liked running around the big back yard. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, beach blankets, and washer/dryer. It was an easy drive to AMI to enjoy the beaches (as long as we avoided the heavy spring break traffic), and a short drive to other places around Bradenton, such as the Riverwalk area, mini golf, and Emerson Point. Plus, the Publix was right down the road! Overall, it was a good home for the price.

This home was perfect for our stay!! Spacious, clean, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the backyard with the birds singing on the lemon tree. :) The home is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to beaches, nature trails and shopping. Gordon and Chris were great hosts. Would definitely go back!

Gordon and Chris were amazing hosts and couldn’t have booked a better home or location. Village Green is a great neighborhood and close to absolutely everything. We were lucky enough to be the first guests in their home on 11th Avenue and it was an awesome way to end our three months in the Bradenton area. Highly recommended!

When we arrived at the home the floors were dirty. We didn't fully look around and check everything out at that time because we had reservations and needed to get to them. When we returned later that evening, we were figuring out sleeping arrangements only to find the 2 twin platform beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets on all the beds were dirty with dog hairs/stains. The pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting, with dust and dog hair and the smell was unpleasant. With that being said, sleeping arrangements were not good. In the master bath, the baseboards, blinds, air vents and shower were nasty. My husband ended up cleaning up the floor and shower. I was conflicted on what to do at the time and now realize I should have brought it to someone's attention. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Very nice two bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood between Cortez and Manatee.. It was near beaches, restaurants, and stores. The house was beautifully furnished, roomy, and had a nice backyard. The owners were immediately responsive to tv problems and a kitchen sink faucet problem. The kitchen was updated with new counters and appliances. Also had newer washer and dryer. The only complaint I have is that the plates, etc. seemed to be odds and ends. There was only one small spoon but lots of larger ones.

Owners are responsive to questions and accommodating. House has large gathering area inside and out. Kitchen adequately stocked. House is clean, inviting and, best of all, pet friendly. A king size bed would make it perfect! Short bike rides to shopping and parks and a short drive to beaches. We will stay here again. Thank you for offering this rental! :-)

This was our third year staying at Chris and Gordon's property in Bradenton. We love this location----beautiful neighborhood, great for walking our dogs. Close to Portosueno Park (manatees!), Rose Park (nesting osprey), and Manatee bridge to Anna Maria Island. Publix is less than a mile up Village Green Parkway. Downtown Bradenton is a few miles away. We ride our bikes everywhere and so don't have to deal with car traffic. The home has everything you need. Chris and Gordon are super prompt with any requests. For example, a patio chair broke and they came and replaced it with 4 new ones the following day. The home is very spacious with an open layout. Love that they allow us to bring our two dogs.

The home location is good. The lack of functional central AC yeilded uncomfortable stay even though they bought a portable AC that we filled with water twice a day.The beds are quite hard, so we purchased our own memory foam mattress toppers. The opossum family that nested in the roofing overhang/attic was a bit intimidating. We notified the manager via the email on the VRBO app however they state they never received notification of the opossum issue, stating they did not "see" the opossum when mowing during the day. Opossums are nocturnal creatures. We left early, but this place wouldne ok if issues fixed, then would rate 4 star as would be above average for price.

We visited Brandenton over the Christmas holiday in 2016 with our kids, my 85 year old mother and my husband. The house worked out perfect as it was close to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island, shopping, downtown Bradenton and a bunch of neat little parks and nature preserves. The neighborhood was safe and the house was well kept and clean. My mother felt comfortable staying by herself in the house while we were off exploring the coast. We were able to host Christmas dinner at the house when my sister visited from Tampa too. We really have not spent much time on the west coast of Florida. It was a bit more hectic in town than we prefer. But, the house provided a very nice respite from the craziness of the holiday season. The Robinson Nature Preserve is also something we wish we had discovered earlier. It is a very neat park a very short drive from the house (white pelicans, fish, snakes, all sorts of interesting critters). I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to hike and watch wildlife.

Good, most rentals beds and couches tend to be pretty but not comfortable. Television was size good--channels too limited- in the y had least pkg & and men need their sports channels. Also, I think too pricey for off the island, but location convenient. Garage door opener was not provided. Would recommend, but lowered fees. Many great restaurants!

The house was spacious and well stocked with basics for cooking and relaxing. Great appliances including washer and dryer. The location is great for short walks to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Short drive to the gulf beaches. Very minor issues were dealt with promptly. The owner was great and we have booked again next year.
