You will have access to the entire house. We just have 2 locked owners closets.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

You will need a car to get around unless you want to use the many Lift or Uber services in the area. Beach parking is free.

Please keep the House clean and tidy, and more important enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area! You are responsible for the safety of yourself and guests. We take pride in preparing the house for each guest and in doing so, we take inventory of the household contents. Please NO SMOKING in the house as there is a smoking area outside.

Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are outside the home disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund.
There are NO cameras inside the home.

Failure to observe house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offers trip insurance for each reservation at the time of reservation ONLY!
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. One dog is allowed but only low shedding well behaved dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Please message me to discuss. Violation of the pets rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund. If your dog damages or ruins anything you will be charged. Please respect our home and cleanup after your dog.
5. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
7. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
8. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.
9. Do not dye hair on the property. There are many local hair and nail salons near by that can take care of you by appointment or walk in.
10. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Know your abilities in the pool. Please use caution in and around the pool.
11. Each door has an entry sensor for the children’s safety.
12. No parties or events that exceed the number of guests renting the property. The maximum is 6 people.

We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. after that it’s your responsibility.
