POOL INFORMATION:
- The pool is heated to 86 degrees free of charge.
- Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. The pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not run (due to freeze protection mode) when temperatures are under 50°. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.
- While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would.
- Please note that there is not a safety fence separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required. There are door chimes on the 2 main patio doors off the main living space leading to the pool, along with a door chime on the garage door (garage leads to pool area).

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property, with the exception of service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended in the home.

Undisclosed pets will result in an automatic $300 additional cleaning fee. Any additional cleaning or damage costs resulting from failure to follow this policy will be charged to the guest.
