Just 10–15 minutes to Anna Maria Island beaches and close to Riverwalk, IMG Academy, and local restaurants.

NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE - $99 for one dog, $149 for 2 or more dogs if communicated before check-in. $100/per day for failure to inform the host prior to check-in

No puppies or dogs under 1 year of age are allowed.

No cats allowed

Pets must be fully house trained and vaccinated

No pets allowed on the furniture, bedding or inside the pool

Pets must be leashed at all times when not in our fenced yard

You must control barking when outside, especially at night or early morning. We are in a community with a lot of families, so just to keep that in mind

All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out; an additional fee will apply if our team has to pick it up
