To ensure you get settled in upon arrival, we provide a starter kit of essentials (including toilet paper & paper towels). These may not be enough for your entire stay, so you may wish to purchase additional supplies depending on your needs.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external Ring recording camera doorbell. One is at the front door, facing toward the driveway. Another one is on the side yard gate, facing forward the front yard and the street.

★ GUEST ACCESS ★
- To ensure a seamless check-in process, you will receive additional information you'll need before, during, and throughout your stay (a couple days prior to your check in).
- Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in.

★ OTHER NOTE ★
- Pool/Spa: We provide complimentary heated pool and spa all year-round with no fee charge at all. We cannot guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions or pool heater needs to repair/maintenance in the certain time. No refunds or discount will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to weather conditions or in maintenance time.
