We had an absolutely wonderful time during our "girls' weekend" in this home. The location was ideal -- convenient to both Anna Maria Island and Bradenton-- and there was minimal traffic in the off-season. The house itself met our needs in every way. There were three of us and we each had our own comfortable bedroom, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and all the appliances worked, and we loved sitting in the comfortable recliners in the living room and relaxing while we looked outside. It was a bit cool outside in the evenings, but we managed to go into the pool a couple of times for quick dips and sit outdoors while we had breakfast. We felt like there were so many great amenities we didn't have time to use on our short stay! We are considering going back next year for a longer stay so we can enjoy more of this house and outdoor area. Thank you!

Can’t wait to stay again!

I rented this house for a long weekend with my family and I can’t say enough good things. It is located in a great and convenient location. The owners were so helpful with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed, including frozen treats in the fridge. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. We all decided we are going to come back again for our next vacation!

Great for a couples’ getaway

We had 3 adult couples for a kid-free getaway and loved the proximity to AMI, the beach, restaurants, etc. The pool and outdoor areas were great for relaxing at the house. The host was very helpful and even shipped a jacket we forgot at the house. Would highly recommend!

Great house with a helpful host

This house was the perfect location for our quick getaway to Bradenton. We traveled with our kids to visit friends in Bradenton and the house was set up perfect for us! The house was clean and the rooms were comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool and yard toys and the location with the dock allowed our friends that lived locally to pick us up right on their boat. The home owner was incredibly helpful and checked on us and offered recommendations. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we come back to visit friends.

Family Vacation 2022

We loved the whole house & outdoor space. Donna even had the freezer full of different types of ice cream sandwiches, freezer pops and popsicles for our family and my 5 yr old granddaughter. Our only con is that we didn’t stay there longer. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Florida cottage

My daughter and I stayed for three nights as we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. Even though it was the two of us, the house could have comfortably accommodated my family of five. The house is clean and bright with open gathering spaces, inside and out. The owners were wonderful to work with and they leave nice touches to make your stay enjoyable and welcoming. I hope to have the opportunity to return with the rest of my family when we have more time to relax at the house and take advantage of all there is to do in this beautiful area.

Excellent location and great amenities

Our family of 4 stayed for 5 days and we absolutely loved everything about the house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was well maintained and had great curb appeal. It was super easy to check in and the house was extremely clean and well decorated. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool (be sure to use lots of bug spray!). We didn’t get chance to use the kayaks but the beach chairs and cooler came in handy on our trips to the beach. The house was in the perfect location and super close to everything. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Perfect family getaway

This place has something for everyone! It was easy to please 3 teens with several cozy lounge spots to relax inside or outside plus a variety of activities in a beautiful, private backyard including horseshoes, bags, pool, fishing, firepit, and paddleboarding. Not once did we hear ‘I’m bored’!! Donna was very accommodating and attentive. The property area was quiet and felt safe. It was a short walk to a great restaurant/bar (Clam Factory) and a short drive to the beach. We hope to come back again and make more fun family memories!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Responsiveness and communication with property manager was terrific, with easy/accurate arrival and departure process. House was very clean inside. Pool is more like a spool (spa/pool) and perfect for a couple’s getaway. Location was convenient to beaches, AMI and restaurants. Just a couple minor things that need to be addressed at this property 1) numerous bees at that beach area prevented us from using this feature 2) old cigarette butts around pool deck 3) numerous pool cage screens need replacement, as mosquitoes were prevalent at night. I would recommend and we will be back to this house.

Beautiful waterfront house in Bradenton

We vacationed for Christmas and our flights were cancelled. This home was available for the two nights we were stranded. I couldn't have been more pleased. It was very clean. Despite using a property rental company, the owner was in communication with us ensuring property access, etc due to the late booking. The back yard is beautifully done and was perfect for anyone who wanted to swim, sunbath, relax, grill, etc. The house was perfectly suitable with plenty of room for my family of 6. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

Beyond Expectations!!

The Property was beyond all of our expectations! The communication with our Host Donna was exceptional. Donna was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had before and during our stay. We have rented many vacation properties over the years and have become accustomed to bringing anything and everything we might need (ie. coffee, sugar, spices and even extra toilet paper). This property had everything we needed and then some. There was wood for the burn pit, starter logs and a welcome basket of water and items needed for smores. I would recommend this property and this Host to anyone!! I wish we were able to rent more properties in other locations from this Host (Donna) and management company.

Great location

Our stayed was very pleasant with a few hiccups. We requested to see if we could have an early check-in but property manager notified us of an issue with plumbing, so it was denied. We arrived at our it time 4pm. And plumber was working inside property, so we had to wait after our check in time. House overall is very spacious, but the cleaning needs to be done better. One of the rooms bed sheets we not changed so we ended up changing it ourselves, also master bathroom shower ceiling has black mold. The outside back area is very pretty, we enjoyed fishing and a good time in the pool area. We were going to use the grill but it wasn’t clean, so we skipped it. Today at check out was at 10am and I requested an 11:30am checkout but it was also denied, only until I mentioned our check-in inconvenience, they replied 11am because they had another check in at 3pm. We left at 10:40am.

The House has Everything!

We chose this home due to the photos of the great outdoor areas (pool, gazebo bar & grill, outdoor seating area, loungers on the white sand and the fire pit area). Let me tell you, the house was PERFECT inside and out! From the moment we walked in through the front door we were very impressed! The beautiful decor, the cleanliness, the comfortable furniture and beds. We spent most of our time outside because the weather was perfect for us to enjoy all the outside amenities. The host was so easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Plus she has left us a gift basket of snacks and water AND a “s’mores” kit with 2 fire logs, chocolate bars, graham crackers and sticks! The coffee bar was fully stocked with every flavor of coffee pod you could want, a variety flavored creamers and sugar. We DEFINITELY will rent this home again! It was everything we were looking for and MORE!

Perfect Vacation Home

Not only did we feel right at home but this house was one of the more functional vacation homes I’ve been in! Plenty of appropriate kitchen appliances and utensils as well as space to prepare and still socialize! We didn’t pack beach towels or toys but there were plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs available for use at the house which was awesome!The owner, Donna, is so helpful and made sure we had access to everything we needed on our stay! Recommendations were spot on and the home location was perfect to the beach and restaurants!The outside area is set up perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. There were fishing poles which were used daily! Kayaking was easy and we even saw dolphins at the end of the canal!The space is very kid friendly (2 and 4 year old boys). The layout fit our family nicely as we had the kids on one side and the other couple on the opposite side of the home. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other in the house either. I can’t say enough positive things about Donna and this home. We are already planning several trips back to this area and can only hope this home is available when we do!

Overall the house is just ok, it is in a great location if you have a boat as it’s located directly on the canal, and the beach is about a 5min car ride away (just be aware if you go at peak time there is very limited parking and heavy traffic). Donna was very responsive to all of our needs and addressing the various quirks that came up during our stay (the chain in the master toilet broke, the washing machine did not work, cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, the towels they put away were wet and the pillow cases were musty/had a sour smell, the breaker got tripped whenever you used the microwave which would take out the internet, washer and dryer, and because it was extremely humid during our stay the vent in the living room would leak), the pool was nice and had jets and lights, there is lighting outside, the grill is in a very sorry state when we opened it up to use it the flame guards are severely rusted/corroded to the point of falling apart and it was not cleaned from its last use, the kitchen is nice and comes fully equipped with all of your needs, keurig with k cups sugar and nondairy creamers, Donna also supplies water bottles, snacks and ice cream. There are TVs in every room, and the showers have dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and lotion/body wash. The beds are not that comfortable, so if you have back problems be careful. Fishing in the canal is not good and bring bug spray as you will get eaten alive!

Unsatisfied renter

9/12 at 11:30 am I received a phone call from my dad stating that he was in the bed sleeping and people just walked in the house. He was startled, he handed the phone to me and it was a realtor for the buyer of the home doing a tour. I told her no we have rented this place for three days and she can’t do that. I hung up. My dad let me know that she proceeded to tour the home anyway with all of our personal belongings out in each room. He told her no, she needed to leave and can tour another time when we are not here. We don’t know you and you have brought strangers in here and walked in with a code while I was sleeping. The is very unnerving being in a strange home, unfamiliar area and strangers just walking in. This is unacceptable and I would like to be reimbursed for my fees. I followed all of the rules as a guest and did not receive the same in return. The home itself is very nice and comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. The home is well stocked with every you need for a stay. There was nothing we forgot that the home didn’t already have. The air conditioning in the main home needs to be checked out, it does not stay at temp when put on hold and consistently resets back to 80 degrees. It was very hot in the house especially at night when you are sleeping and Have to remember to wake up to pull the air back down. The master bedroom stayed cold because it had its own split unit that did not cut on and off.

Beautiful Home

This home is truly beautiful and very comfortable. The main bedroom and bathroom are huge! Host thought of everything guests would need. Had a great experience, would recommend wholeheartedly!
