'There was less comfort in the room. Examples: 1. Window could not be opened (broken rope), 2. carpet worn out, 3. iron not performing optimally, 4. doorlock from inside not stable, 5. shower equipment not properly tightened, 6. too much noise at ceiling level from other guests, 7. wifi signal too weak in the room, 8. room not properly cleaned when arriving.'

'PLEASE READ!! This place is swarming with crack heads in and around the property. It is absolutely disgusting. The reception staff don’t let you leave or give your deposit back until they have physically checked the rooms, which is purely because the place is swarming with drug users. The BEDDING is heavily stained, the carpets are stained the whole thing should be advertised as a halfway house. This is not a hotel, yes it’s cheap, but it’s not even acceptable to sleep in during a cross country...

'De locatie valt erg tegen. Hotel ziet er op het eerste gezicht wel goed uit maar als je beter kijkt is het oud. Gaten in het beddengoed en meubilair wat niet goed zit. '

'Helaas werd ik rond middernacht wakkergebeld door de receptie. Daarna werd ik nogmaals rond 5u en daarna rond 5u30 wakker van een ritmisch luid gebons. Mijn collega die in de kamer naast me sliep had last van hetzelfde. Voor de rest was het ontbijt beetje teleurstellend, de lunch was wonderbaarlijk uitstekend. Het imposante en bombastisch hotel is helaas een beetje gedateerd.'

'The staff especially Mohammed on reception were fantastic well trained etc. the room wasnt great the bathroom had the magnifying mirror missing and the towel rail was rusty and not working and the shower head was broken i did complain and they did get the rail to work and replaced the shower head, things that really should have been done before my arrival. Also i think they need more storage ie some drawers for personal items just a recommendation. Cash i had taken a bit of uk cash but the...

'It is sn old property in dire need of some fresh decorating. Especially the stair carpet which looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. It also smells in the narrow passageways. The toilets and showers needed cleaning. Staff were nice, polite and helpful.'
