The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast.

Good location. Fantastic individually prepared breakfast omelette! Clean Large room in good condition. Large parking area. However, there was a faint smell of bad drains in many places, and when I used the shower, there was a strong odour from the drain. White plastic buckets in the halls at various points--perhaps related to the fact that they were repairing the roof?

Not so Quality Inn!
Stayed at the not so Quality Inn. Had multiple issues and the maintenance necer came, they had no water and the bathrooms are awful. I never gove poor reviews but from the front desk all the way through it was a bad experience. The first desk people were nice, but today was poor. Mold in bsthroom and vents were gross....

The inside is clean, although reeks of cigarette smoke, and got noisy late night from drunk guests coming back. The staff was very nice. The outside is rundown and felt unsafe. The entrance to hotel was blocked by a group of guys smoking and swearing. The clerk did ask them to move when I pointed this out. But since the hallways reeked of smoke, it may be the norm.

My only real complaint is that we needed more towels and housekeeping offered them but didn't leave any. We called the front desk later to ask for more and were told we'd get them and they never brought them. Other than that, the stay was great!

The check-in process was great, and the staff was accommodating through this process. The individual assisting during the breakfast timeline the morning of check-out was on his phone the entire time and had a problem with being certain the pink prepaid breakfast voucher was dropped into a slotted bin before he answered any questions, despite the guest "requesting him to answer a question of how the combos were applied. The person answered questions applicable to the charging prouss.

This property had nice employees, but the area was a little old and appeared dirty. The A/C stopped in the middle of the night and I had to change rooms. So much for a good night of rest. They couldn't financially compensate me because I used Expedia to reserve the room. I might think twice next time about going through a third party to book a room.
