'There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.'

None of the email correspondence told me what room number nor where the rooms were located. We were arriving late so regular check in wasn't available. We called and let the property manager know we'd be late but we weren't informed that our room wasn't near where the address on the emails would send...
