'Dit hotel gekozen vanwege de wijngaarden. Dat valt tegen als je al eens zoiets in europa gezien hebt. Het zwembad is onbruikbaar zelfs bij een buiten temperatuur van 30 graden is het water ijskoud. Let op de prijzen in het restaurant!
Waar overal in India 5% tax wordt gerekend is dat hier 25%. Er wordt groot reklame gemaakt voor 20% happy hour korting maar dat bleek niet voor ons wel voor indiers!?'

'Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. '

1. They don’t have door bell.
2. Staff is not supportive.
3 Kitchen is not available if you need anything you will have to go out and have.
4. That should have call on landline if anything comes up from reception however they sent house keeping people and they knocked the door unlimited times,'

'The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and...

The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...
