'Staff friendly enough. Room was clean & tidy & bathroom was really nice. Hotel is having maintenance with building works outside. Room had recently been painted & had a very strong smell. Understand maintenance is required, but drilling at 8am on any day, especially a Sunday was unacceptable, also without any notice. '

Bed was great but room even with window closed was very noisy.
Fan in the shower is poor.
Around the tv was exceptionally dusty and the fan provider was filthy, we had to scrub it clean. The kettle was full of water and limescale.'

But even with this they went out of their way to make it work for us, had great communication to keep us informed and made us feel very welcome. Thank you. 'Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area.
Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc.
The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room.
Clean changing rooms with ample lockers.
The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits.
Great bathroom and shower.
The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty...

"The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. "
