Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, the house is composed of 2 bedrooms.
The first has a bed in 140 and the second a bed in 110 + a foldable bed in 90.
The living room is composed of a living room and an open kitchen, with all its amenities (coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher etc...) and the little extra, a balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea to start the day with a good coffee.
A bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a laundry room completes the whole.

But what would a holiday home be without an exterior?
The house has a large garden where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of the olive trees and enjoy grilled meats thanks to the barbecue at your disposal.

The place is ideal, whether for a romantic getaway, a family holiday or a reunion with friends.

Pozzo Brando, a real balcony overlooking the sea, will enchant you with its charm but also with its location.
Several options will be available to you:

- Hike to Monte Stello, the 3rd highest point in Corsica of which Pozzo is the starting point.
- Walks in the forests and discovery of the magnificent villages that make up our town (Erbalunga, Lavasina, Castello, Mausoleo etc...) by taking the many mule tracks.
- Relaxing day in the Arega river located 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car
- Lazing and sunbathing on the beaches of Lavasina and Erbalunga less than 10 minutes away by car
- Visit the pretty city of Bastia which is 20 minutes away by car

A free shuttle is also available (4/ days) to allow you to move around the town and relays with the city's bus network.
But above all Brando is the gateway to Cap Corse, wildest and most preserved region of our island of beauty(s).
to discover its villages with slate roofs, its secret coves, its "palazzi", heritage of the adventurers Cap Corsins who set out to conquer America and its gastronomy!
