'I was fortunate to be the first one to stay here. There is a nice little town of Brandon about 9 min down the road. I'd highly recommend the River Pub and Grill if you want to eat out, the steak sandwich was fantastic. If want to cook for yourself, grab some groceries at Hannaford grocery store, they had quite a versitile selection to choose from. 'Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out and enjoy. A lot of character to the house...old charm with modern upgrades. Sitting on the back porch was so relaxing. We saw the deer, wild turkeys, chipmunks, tree frogs...heaven. One surprise...I wasn't expecting the house to be so well insulated inside. Even in the adjoining rooms....there was no noise.
