Legacy Retreat, with over 4,000 sq feet of living space, has seven spacious master suites, each with a king bed, their own TV, their own bathroom. This house sleeps up to 24 guests. Four of the master suites also have a daybed with trundle and that sleeps 4.

Legacy Retreat is just five minutes to the Branson strip with all the shows and attractions. It is only two minutes to the dam and the fish hatchery. Moonshine Beach is also two minutes away where you can enjoy the sandy beach and swim in the lake. It is also the closest public boat launch if you are bringing your boat. Designated trailer parking is available on site. State Park marina is just five minutes if you want to rent a boat for fun out on the lake. We enjoy renting the pontoon with the slide and going tubing.

Each bedroom has a built in nightstand with USB ports and electric outlets to charge your phone or device. Each TV also has its own HDMI wall outlet so you can hook your computer or game system to the TV. Great for streaming content, playing DVDs, or showing a slide presentation. We've put a lot of thought into the details.

MAIN LEVEL

The main level is a no step entry with a friendly open floor plan including: great room with stone fireplace and big screen TV, large dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with convenient island. There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one on the lower level game room. Granite countertops throughout the house add a touch of elegance. Step out onto the main floor back deck, there you will find more dining and a gas grill for barbequing. There are two master suites, one wheelchair friendly with transfer shower, each with their own king bed and TV. There is a pull-out sofa in the great room.

LOWER LEVEL - GAME ROOM and PRIVATE HOT TUB

Head down to the lower level where there are three more master suites. The family room has another big screen TV, a second fridge, tournament pool table, air hockey, and an arcade with 60 classic video games. Show the kids the games you grew up playing. Step out onto the second back deck. There you can enjoy evenings with a drink and chatting around the private fire pit. After a long day in Branson, step into the hot tub and let the jetted water relax your muscles.

UPPER LEVEL

Climb the stairway to the upper level where you'll find two more large master suites, each with a king size bed and daybed with trundle. These rooms each sleep four and have their own TV and bathroom. Great for families with young children.

AMENITIES

In the summer, take advantage of the on-site community amenities which include outdoor and swimming pool, tanning deck, kiddie splash pad, and playground. Take advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool which is open year round. Great for those rainy days or when staying during the cooler parts of the year.

There is a quiet cove on the lake just about a 1/4 mile stroll from the house where you can fish or just skip rocks across the water.

PET FRIENDLY

Legacy Retreat is pet friendly. The pet fee is $100 pet fee that goes to our cleaners. Only dogs are allowed. Due to association rules, guests may bring up to two dogs, each must be no more than 25 lbs., or one dog no more than 40 lbs. If you are bringing a furry family member, you must mention how many in your reservation.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The damage protection waiver covers accidental damage that is reported to the owner immediately. It does not cover intentional damage, damage due to guest neglect, or unreported damages by check out. Maximum coverage is $1,500. Damages over $1,500 will be the responsibility of guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit is a hold placed on your credit card and is not actually charged. The hold is released 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage above damage waiver limit, extra cleaning needed, or policy violations.
