Not bad. But could be better.
Overall, a good stay, but could be better with just a few minor upgrades and repairs. Community - top notch property with lots to do. Safe. Quiet. Beds - very soft. Too soft for me, but if you like a soft bed you will love the beds in this condo. High quality sheets and towels. Kitchen - had everything we needed, but not overly outfitted. Nice appliances, great fridge. The laminate flooring is separating in several places exposing subfloor, up to an inch in one place. Kitchen faucet is loose and wobbly. I expected better at this price point. Living room - nice big tv, but the most uncomfortable furniture I've ever had in a VRBO. Couldn't sit on the couch or chairs for more than a few minutes. Misc - both bedroom doors were out of alignment and rubbed and squeaked every time they were opened or closed. Shower in the main bathroom was nice with good water pressure and a filter. Not the low flow that you get in a lot of places. Nice to have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as hand soap.Central A/C was great, had no problem maintaining 70, even with 90 temps outside. Washer and dryer worked well, but the washer wobbles and shakes on the spin cycle making a lot of noise.Unit is on the end, but you have neighbors above and below and on one side. Could not pick up any noise from below or beside, but any walking around upstairs is very noisy in the main bedroom. Not running or jumping, just walking. Lots of creaks and squeaks.
