Onze twee slaapkamers, twee bad niet-roken Condo is Lake Front op Table Rock Lake net omlaag de heuvel van Silver Dollar City. Ontspan en geniet van de spectaculaire Table Rock Lake en Ozark Mountain uitzicht vanaf onze grote scherm in het dek. Plafondventilatoren en de meerbries houden het dek koel.

Dit is een fantastisch vakantiepark dat prachtig is ingericht met eersteklas meubels, beddengoed, beddengoed en flatscreen-tv. Dit is niet een typisch verhuur appartement!

U kunt naar de SDC en gemakkelijk terugkomen naar het appartement en lunchen op uw eigen 20Ft. Dek over het uitzicht op Table Rock Lake. Ga dan terug naar het park voor de rest van de dag of blijf bij het resort en vis, speel tennis, zwem of zitten op je favoriete rock langs het meer. Het is ook zeer dicht bij alle shows en restaurants die op de beroemde strip van Branson liggen.

Silver Dollar City: We zijn net in de heuvel van Silver Dollar City, waardoor het makkelijk is om terug te keren naar het appartement voor de lunch of een pauze te nemen en dan weer naar het park te gaan voor de rest van de dag.

Uitstappen op het meer: ​​Loop langs de door de boom gevoerde wandelpad naar het meer voor kristalhelder zwemmen en geweldige vissen! Als u wilt waterskiën of vissen kunt u een boot of golfloper huren net bij de jachthaven net onderweg.

Buiten avonturen zijn er rondom om voor uw familie of groep te genieten. Of u nu lekker zwemt in het zwembad van het toevlucht, wandelt in de talrijke wandelroutes, tennis speelt of gewoon ontspannen op het scherm in het dek met de koele meerbries, geniet van een geweldig boek, onze plek heeft het allemaal. Er is zelfs een zipline avontuurlijk centrum met glijbanen op slechts 1,5 km van het appartement.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust, zodat u een heerlijke maaltijd kunt koken! U kunt binnen zitten en zitten zes voor het avondeten, maar de meeste bezoekers genieten van zitten op het bedekte, in het dek gescreend. Er is een tafel op het dek, ideaal voor een familie of een romantisch diner voor twee personen. Stap de veranda een paar stappen naar een ingebouwde barbecue.

Great Condo with Lake View

It was the perfect condo! We had two 13 year old boys, my husband and myself. It was right next to Silver Dollar City which was perfect for the day we went there. The views were stunning! I loved sitting out looking at the water and watching the sun start to set behind the trees. The boys chose going back to the condo in the evenings versus going out to do an activity as they loved swimming at the pool and playing basketball. The property even has a trail that leads you to the lake where you can swim there as well. The inside of the condo was great too. The bed in the master bedroom and the couch in the living room were both very comfortable and the boys loved their individual twin beds. The only negative would be the dresser in the master room wasn’t great as the drawers were falling out and hard to get your stuff out without the entire drawer coming out but that is super minor as the rest of it was amazing! The patio are was screened in which was a plus and very spacious with plenty of seating. Great condo!

Location

Perfect if looking for close location to Silver Dollar City. Condo is showing its age, inside and out however over all clean comfortable interior , lots of cooking and serving options and linens. The screened in porch offered great views of lake and forest. The sliding door in the living room difficult to open and close, had to use the bedroom slider to access the porch. Ice maker non functional and washer made very loud noises during the spin cycle. Owners were made aware of these issues. Just a note the condo is located on the bottom level and requires using the stairs to access. Not handicapped friendly. Overall pleasant experience, just could use a little TLC. Turns out this is the second time in 6 years I have booked this unit and would consider again.

Great condo!

This condo was very comfortable and loved having the screened porch with view of Table Rock lake. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils. Close to everything in Branson. Thank you Jamie and Regina for responding to our questions and requests quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Christmas break

We've booked this a couple times so far and will continue to. This visit wasn't the best. Normally we are very happy here, we love the porch! But this time we question how clean it gets after visits. There were dirty socks from the past renters as well as their shower supplies. Also a side note, the little "pellets" on the master bath sink are NOT mouse pellets, the are from the lavender flower decoration, lol.

Quick Trip to Branson

We took a quick trip and went to Silverdollar city on Wednesday night, then had Thanksgiving on Thursday and then left Friday morning. It was a great and easy trip. Check-in was very easy and the condo was clean as advertised.

Not very clean

My sister arrived to the property before I did. When she entered the unit, she said the property smelled unclean. She checked the bathroom and found that the toilet in the spare bathroom was not clean, so she cleaned it herself. When I arrived several hours later, she did not tell me that, I would have called property management to tell them to have someone clean it, but she didn't tell me until the next day. Also, she and my mom said that the sheets and pillowcases did not smell clean. I did notice that the couches and the carpets are not very clean. The master bedroom was clean as was the bathroom. The biggest criteria I have for a unit is cleanliness. The location of this unit is great. Also, not enough towels or washcloths for five people. And it would be nice to have some amenities in place like Ziploc baggies and paper products.

Great place for a get away

The condo is nice, everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Pool, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms and easy access to the attractions. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch. The view is awesome and the ceiling fans keep the you cool. There is also a nice walking trail along that lake. The location makes it easy to get to all the Branson attractions. Silver Dollar City is 5 minutes, downtown Branson is 15 - 20 minutes and the strip is just a few miles away.

Great Location With an Amazing View

Our family had an amazing time in Branson! The rental unit was in such a great location and had a wonderful view of the lake. Communication with the owners was so seamless and quick, even during the time we were actually in Branson. A great place to relax.

Review of stay

The cleanliness inside of condo was great. The beds were very comfortable. We never used the screened in porch much because we were gone most of the time, but there was lots of crumbs and dirt on the table and floor from the room above us. The washing machine needs maintanence. The spin cycle makes alot of noise. The appearance of the entrance outside needs work. Deck stained, window sills need cleaning, one of the columns on the second floor is falling apart. The stormdoor to our condo needs adjusting and the door locks all need to be updated. Was not thrilled at the appearance going into the condo. Just think it needs a little tender loving care.

Memorial Get Away

The property was nice and located close to silver dollar city and other Branson attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the accommodations were agreeable. We had a cleaning fee but were required to still start the laundry, dishes, and take out the trash. Not hard things but thought the cleaning fee would have been a little lower. Overall good time and place to stay.

Relaxing/Convenient Stay

We enjoyed the condo. It was nice to be away from the busy part of the area. It took on average about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to in the Branson area. Very convenient to Silver Dollar City. Enjoyed the porch and watching birds and deer. The kids enjoyed exploring the trail and the dried up area down by the lake. The beds could use some upgrading but other than that, no issues or complaints.

Comfortable, relaxing, and cozy

We stayed while visiting Silver Dollar City and were very pleased with the condo. The screened in porch is lovely, has a nice view, and is very roomy with plenty of seating. Autumn decorations in the home made it feel especially cozy and inviting for our family's stay. We also appreciated the very comfortable furnishings (couches, beds, etc) and roomy set up. We had plenty of room to move around and settle in with our luggage. The bathrooms are a good size and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels and washcloths. There were also extra pillows, cozy blankets, and bedding on hand. I appreciated having a special wash cloth to use for removing make-up. It prevents the worry of trying to not get mascara on a nice white washcloth. Coffee, filters, coffee maker, and toaster were on hand...as well as dishwasher packets and laundry soap. We also were pleased cleaning sprays and rags were on hand. It was also nice to be able to walk right outside into the yard from both the front door and the back screen door. Next time we may take the marked path down to the lake (which we could see from the porch). We want to stay here again when we come back to Branson.

Mouse problem

The property was great but the first morning I noticed mouse droppings on the counter by the coffee maker when I started to make coffee. And behind the coffee maker there was a mouse bait station. This was disappointing. The property owner communicated with us that they weren't aware there was a mouse problem and would be discussing with cleaning person. It would have been nice for the price to have been discounted based on mouse droppings. I have a picture of them and the mouse bait station. We purchased sanitizing wipes and wiped down the counters. We continued staying in the apartment but that was disappointing.

Perfect for what we wanted

The property was easy to access, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was probably the best we've experienced with VRBO. The place needs a bit of TLC but nothing that would affect your stay. Would recommend!!!!
