The full kitchen has all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy at-home meal prep. After you've had your fill of outdoor fun for the day, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. In-home essentials include central air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A dedicated desk offers remote working flexibility.

Beautiful, but…

It is clearly stated when you walk in that it is a non-smoking unit. However, when you walk into the kitchen, you smell stale smoke. It is definitely overtaking. Also, the windows do not properly open, so there is no way to disperse the smell. Other than that, it was great.

Overall good

The condo was overall good, there were just a few things that made this not a 5 star. There were dishes that were dirty in the cabinets and hair in the shower that was not ours. Overall, the condo was good though. Pointe Royale always makes Branson a great place to be.

Great Place

My only complaint is there wasn't enough hot water for me to get through a shower. I definitely recommend this place as it was gated and felt extremely safe. I'm always concerned about the pillow situation when i stay somewhere and there were PLENTY! Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay!

Great location to attractions. Just enough room for two people. Kitchen and bathroom need to be updated, but everything worked just fine. Great view of the tenth hole on the back deck and water fountain in lake. Would rent again for sure.

Smoke-filled Condo

This was a TERRIBLE stay. The property was much more dated than the pictures showed. The Wi-Fi was annoying and we had to keep connecting over and over. And the worst part was it smelled SO BADLY in there of cigarrette smoke. The towels, the bedding, and the air burned our throats!! The smoke smell is VERY, VERY strong. We did not enjoy this stay.

Nice place with poor service.

Bed was comfortable and unit was close to pool and hot tub. We realized the washer/ dryer did not work when we arrived and called prop mgr immediately; day 2 we used Vrbo website to get update - no response; day 4 called again for update and were told we will get to it soon; day 5 worker came and reset breaker - we could have done that ourselves day 1 if had know where breaker was located. We rented unit with plans to use washer and very frustrating that not resolved until day before we left.

Great place, too many steps for older folks

The only complaint we have is too many steps to get to our unit. Spouse has artificial knees and hip and stairs are a real challenge sometimes. And the exit from our unit after climbing stairs was to find a parking lot that was slanted so one was climbing to get to the car, etc. Only real complaint we had. Nice location.
