This listing is for 2 SEPARATE CONDOS in the same building (6 condos total in the building):
- The first home ("The Bluebird") is on the main level - NO STAIRS (great for Grandma and Grandpa!). The second home ("The Hilltop") is a walk-down unit - one flight of stairs DOWN
- The lower unit is directly BENEATH the walk-in unit
- Enjoy having your whole group nearby with plenty of space to spread out, but still be able to separate as needed!
- There is one unit ABOVE the walk-in unit that is NOT part of this listing.

EACH beautifully decorated condo has the following (so multiply everything by 2):

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee will be charged.
We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.
$50 fee for late checkout

Full access to both condominium units! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies.

The Hillside Hideout consists of two beautiful condominiums located at The Vinyards, a complex that lies right between Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, and the Branson Strip. Conveniently located yet tucked away on a scenic hillside. There will be other vacationers and some local residents around you while you're here. Enjoy!

The buildings are three levels, so you can expect to hear footsteps and other sounds above you that would be typical in any apartment or condo complex.
