Lakefront Condo op Beautiful Lake Taneycomo met voorzieningen!

Met nieuw lederen meubilair, waaronder een slaapbank, is onze nieuwe walk-in condo te huur! Het ligt aan het meer Lake Taneycomo in Fall Creek en beschikt over 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers aan het meer, met nieuwe kingsize bedden in beide kamers en 2 complete badkamers, elk met jacuzzi. Keuken met nieuwe kookgerei en alles wat je nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden. Groot terras met uitzicht op het meer met tuinmeubilair, nieuwe elektrische grill. Dit appartement beschikt ook over een serre met zitplaatsen. Inbegrepen bij de flat zijn alle voorzieningen van het resort, inclusief minigolf, vispassages en binnen- en buitenzwembaden. Full-service jachthaven op het terrein met bootverhuur en uitglijden beschikbaar tegen een gereduceerd tarief met de voorzieningen pass. Enkele van de beste forel vissen op het meer!

Great Stay

Nice place on the water. Even though it was a little cool for taking a stroll next to the water, it was still awesome to be able to look out the window and see fishing boats.The place was great for me, wife, and two granddaughters. There was plenty of room and many amenities which made it feel like home.It took us a while to figure out which light switch went to what light, but overall it was very accommodating.We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was nice though obviously not a brand new or recently rehabbed unit. There were a couple things the cleaning crew could have done better. But the location was excellent for fishing at the damn, and the view was great. Bathrooms were good with full spa tub in each. Beds were good along with the furnishings. We had a deck to sit on since we were on the ground floor which was a plus. Kitchen and living room areas were good. Could not find the Wi-Fi network that was listed in the documentation though. But all in all a location I would stay at again. Had a concern at first but the property owner was quick to respond and everything worked out fine. A quick drive up to a large convenience store for food and drinks was a bonus. Great location overall.

Great Condo but Issues

The TV provider was replaced mid-week. Channels 29 and below were present and the HBO channels. However, no others such as ESPN, none of the news or business channels. I informed the host but nothing was done about is. There was a ROKU in one of the bedrooms but no remote making it unusable.

The property was quiet. Great Views. Conveniently located on the ground level. This made it easy for my older family members to come and go. Only one of 3 TVs worked. We could not do the dishes because there was no dish soap ( box was empty) Shower may be difficult for older person or person with disabilities to get in and out of. Beds comfy. Overall it was good

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION

The place was EXCELLENT and BEAUTIFUL... And the view from the deck was SPECTACULAR!!! However, the owners are TERRIBLE at responding to questions and communicating!!!!!!!!! We showed up to find the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Evidently the owner didn't communicate clearly with the housekeeping staff either... It was over 4 hours AFTER check in before the place was cleaned! Owner was rude and refused to give me any credit back... So, I told the owner I would be checking out late by 4 hours to compensate. Additionally, the owner had let the promised amenities pass expire... So dock passes had to be purchased in order to fish! Overall, the place is GREAT but not worth the hassle and frustration caused by the owner's unresponsiveness!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to make most of our meals. The bedrooms are very nicely sized and the beds are so comfy. We enjoyed the view from the back deck and watching the fog lift in the mornings. We also enjoyed the pool and games/ mini golf at the main resort. We have stayed at fall creek for the last 9 years, and this wil be our new go to condo. Only suggestion would be maybe shampoo/replace the bedroom carpets.
