Unreasonable guest . Not true review The water in the hot tub was completely Changed before guest arrived We have a special hot tub chemical kit that we test water with before each guest We checked everything was great . No furniture was broken We came to the house while guest was staying and rechecked everything Everything was clean ,water in hot tub was hot and clean.

This review is very unfair and not truthful! The House located in very safe neighborhood No one busted the door , We do have a lock on the back door and we checked everything. The door and lock everything works great. You need close the door push handle up and turn lock to the locking position to lock the door I am not sure why you were not able to lock the door and should of contacted me right away instead of waiting until you checked out and posting 2 star review on our listing My phone number is attached to the reservation and i am always available if guests have any questions or concerns. They can call me text me or send msg on VRBO app . No one call me or texted me or send me any emails or msg during guest stay . I called VRBO and they also checked that there were no msg from the guest . I always respond within 1 hr for any questions or concerns . And we have great cleaning crew husband and wife very responsible people. I tried to talk to the guest after we received the review and explained to her that we checked the lock and the door and everything is working . But she didn’t want to talk to me and hanged up on me.
