Summary:
Welcome to Lakeside Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, air hockey, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

The Space:
Our home is setup perfectly to entertain large groups!

There is a community Indoor Pool and outdoor swimming pool 250' from our home and walking trail down to the lake. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake, we are 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes from the 76 Strip (Branson’s Entertainment District), 4 miles to State Park Marina, less than a 1 mile from Moonshine Beach, and many other popular attractions. We also have another 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom home next door if you need more room!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with umbrella fountains for the kids and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

Other Things to Note:
CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering. There is plenty of room to be together or separate for private time.The location is close to anything you may want to visit.The view from the patio is good for seeing some interesting birds and wildlife. We suggest bring binoculars.If we had any issues with the house it was taken care of in good time. Meredith give good advice about restaurants.We suggest that you visit this one.

Family reunion

Our whole family fit very comfortably in the property. We were here for 4 days. It had everything we needed. It even has a smoker which we used, yum. The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. We really loved this place, will come back next year. Thank you to Adam and his crew, very attentive.

Perfect for large family gathering

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of rooms/bathrooms and relaxing spaces for a large group to spend time together! Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Bed comfort was great! Peaceful and restful!

Simply Awesome!!

We had a large group of family, and this home met all of our needs. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, several gathering areas, plus all kinds of recreation including shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a card table. A very large kitchen with a long dining table, tons of TV's and two sets of washer/dryers. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We took our family to stay there were 17 of us we found the house was nice but not completely clean. Not enough bath towels were available. They had left leftover shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in showers. They didn’t have adequate furniture, the front bedroom with 2 queen beds didn’t even have a dresser.

Everything we hoped for!

This house was worth every penny! It was spacious, clean, beautiful and the check-out to do list was short. We rented this for Christmas vacation with our friends and family and we were all very impressed! Both the kids and the adults were thrilled to see the gorgeous Christmas tree in the main living room. The view from the balcony was amazing! We are definitely considering renting it again in the near future.

Family and framily celebration weekend!

All our favorite people got to be in one cabin altogether for a really special weekend. There was so much room for everyone to have their own space, plenty of cabinets and fridge space, and bathrooms. It’s all so cozy. We Highly recommend fall to visit to catch the colors from the three levels in the back. There are a lot of cabins to pick from, but this one is unique. It has a quiet peaceful backyard.and its own fire pit to hang out by. It’s very easy to get to nearby attractions or stores if you want to. ( we all lived the top of the rock golf cart tour). It’s easy to say we’ll be back again!!

What an AMAZING family house!

This is, by far, the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. From the cleanliness, to the location and view, to the incredibly stocked kitchen, this place surpassed our expectations. Family reunion

Our family has grown and not been together in six years. This rental made it possible to have wonderful togetherness with plenty of space for small groups. We had 22 people and it was an ideal place to draw closer together without all the distractions of excitement and difficulty in where to go next. Awesome Multi-level Home!!

We had a great time at this property! The communication was friendly and quick. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. This is a great location to the lake and surrounding attractions. The kitchen is better stocked than most and includes two dishwashers and three coffee makers- and we used them! There is plenty of room for a multi family gathering- we will be back!!

A Great Time Was Had By All

This property totally fit our needs since we had ages 1-72! The bedrooms/bathrooms allowed everyone their space. It was very clean and well stocked --air hockey, foos ball, shuffleboard. It was on a quiet street and the pool was right across the street.

Great location for a family reunion

We stayed here for a 27-person family reunion and had a wonderful time. The porches looking out at the lake and trees were a favorite feature; our niece was so excited when she saw fireflies for the first time, glowing in the trees. The house was well-equipped, and we had plenty of space. The pools were still a little cool since it was the end of May, so we didn't use those as much as we hoped. Our host, Adam, was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.
