We had a wonderful time! The perfect place for our family of 26 to gather and spend quality time together. The pool entertained the kids for hours each morning and the huge table was perfect for us to all sit down and eat together. The property was very clean and host very responsive to anything that we needed. Highly recommend this house, we are already talking about coming back!

There were 20 family members that came together to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. It was spacious and worked well for our family. The pool was nice for the kids. The hot tub needed maintenance and once it was completed the family was able to enjoy it as well. The location was perfect. It was clean and communication with the property manager was on point.

Tip Top of The Rock was a wonderful house to stay with our family. There was so much room to spread out, eat together, swim together and simply hang out together. We never ran low on ice, and the house kept perfectly cool on the warmer days. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was well equipped for all of our needs. There was so much outdoor space. The views were amazing and there was alway a breeze. I could go on and on but needless to say, our family of 11 had a blast! We would definitely return and recommend.

Family Fun in Branson

We stayed a week and had a great time; the bedroom set up was perfect for family/extended family. The location worked well with quick access to fishing, shopping, and other activities. The only suggestion that I have is to add at least 1 chair height toilet to 1 of the bathrooms to accommodate elderly folks.

Jeff, the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Wonderful views. Even though the temperature was in the high 90’s, the deck always had a breeze and was very comfortable.

Extended family Christmas gathering

We had 13 adults and one baby. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom! The listing was just as advertised- beautiful and perfect for us. They even had a Christmas tree for us that was impeccably decorated! Very close to Silver Dollar City, grocery stores, and all Branson activities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Literally the Tip Top of the Rock- fantastic view! We would love to stay here again!
