Other Things to Note:

This is a no-pet property in a quiet resort community with HOA guidelines that help maintain the peaceful atmosphere. Please note there are 8 stairs leading up to the condo entrance. The property is non-smoking throughout. Dumpster for trash disposal is conveniently located at the end of the parking lot. Ring camera on the entry door.



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
