• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.
• The pool is seasonal, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The hot tub is open year round.
• The main house offers the convenience of drive-up access to the front door, allowing for a walk-in entry with no steps required. The detached studio is accessible through its private entrance located behind the garage.
• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is located on the garage, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is positioned at the front entry, actively monitoring that area. The third is at the side entry, actively monitoring access there. The fourth is located on the back of the house, and the fifth is positioned on the garage, also actively monitoring the driveway. Please note that the pool area is not monitored by any security cameras, ensuring your privacy while enjoying this space.
