The Space:

Villa Lilas is located in a lovely domaine at a walking distance of the city center of Brantome, Venice of the Perigord.

You can also enjoy good restaurants, have a stroll on the weekly market, touristic atractions and Canoe/Kayak.



Lilas has 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for up to 10 guests. With its open space living/dining room/kitchen you will have ample space. There is an outside patio/garden. Free underground parking and WIFI internet.



There is a fully equiped kitchen (see equipment list). Spacious sitting/dining area with TV, games, etc.



There is a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom with shower, toilet and wash bassin.



On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms (both double beds) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash bassin.



On the top floor there is a big room which holds 4 single beds.



Outside equipment (tables, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ) will be provided.



There is a free underground parking space (marked Lilas). Is you have more than one car you can use the unmarked spaces in the garage..



The day of your arrival a key code to the key box will be provided to you.



Ideal location to visit Perigord Vert, Blanc and Noir.



Guest Access:

Lilas is one of the 17 similar properties around a U shaped courtyard. It has its private garden, access to the rest of the domaine including the free underground parking area.

There is a restaurant where you could go and dine. We would recoomend you make a reservation first.



The Neighborhood:

The underground parking ground is not suitable for mobile homes due to its height.

Lilas is located at 76 km of the Bergerac Airport and 159 km from the Bordeaux Airport

The nearest trainstations are Perigueux and Thiviers at about 27 km
