However, we were so sad the Sunshine Grill was not open because their food is absolutely delicious, especially their fish tacos, and hope it will be open the next time we return. 'Kimpton Seafire exceeded all expectations. The one and ONLY bad thing which is probably mostly out of their control were the roosters … there was a 4am wake up call DAILY with those boys. But even with that I would still stay at the kimpton anytime I come back to grad Caymen. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Such a personalized experience with top service <3'
