'This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...

'The room was clean did not have much interaction with the staff, but that wasn’t necessary Breakfast was great, and the parking was convenient. Instructions for checking in and check out were clear and easily understood'

'The most disgusting bathroom I have been in years. We couldn’t step foot in shower. Mold, mildew…entire bathroom wreaked. Disgusting green smear in back of bathroom door. Broken fixtures. Toilet base hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The other room we rented was cleaned just before we got there. The smell of Clorox was sickening, we had to sleep in the awful smell. It also left the bathroom so slippery it was dangerous. Told front help, nothing was done. Just, “sorry, will tell house keeping”....

'No me gustó porque reservé y llevé a 3 menores de edad y me dieron una habitación para fumadores y el olor era terrible 2 para hacer el la entrada no es hasta la 3 de la tarde y si uno espera no le prestan ni un baño ni donde guardar las cosas hasta la 3 que le dan la habitación, en el día de hoy la piscina estaba sucia en el fondo no la limpian en la mañana. Lo bueno las camareras son muy amables y respetuosas gracias'

Not just that but the room we were staying in air-conditioning was messed up so it was going completely too low and since they were too booked out and they could not put us in a different room we had to stay and on top of that when I called them to give us blankets they said oh sorry we ran out I was truly like... huh not just that, but they were just taking their good time for when I need...
