'Such an amazing time in Lagoon City and this special retreat! After having come to Lagoon City as a child it was so wonderful to bring my son and wife for their first visits. It will most definitely not be our last and hopefully will become a yearly tradition!'

'We had a nice time at Lagoon City, an older neighborhood where every place is on a canal (lagoon). Easy walk to a nice beach and the neighborhood was very quiet, so we could hear all of the birds in the morning. Also an easy drive to Mariposa, the festival we were going to in Orillia. Unfortunately the restaurant near the beach was closed, but we ate in when we weren’t at the festival. We did not get a chance to meet the owner, but she reached out to see if we needed anything. '

'We had fantastic stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommended! The host was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local tips. Easy parking and check-in process.'

'The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. 'Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a great rentalThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed both trips. Already looking to book again...

Host was extremely friendly and provided us with amazing instructions, we had no trouble finding where we needed to go. 'This place is a wonderful suburban jewel, located in a area of new construction, and is easily accessed from Highway 11. We were in town for a concert at Casino Rama and it was only a short drive between. The host was incredibly communicative, and answered questions before we came down, as well as offering support during our stay. The place is very clean and well maintained. It has a bbq, which we used, and a huge, very nice hot tub, which we also took advantage of.The only recommendation I...

'Wonderful spot on the lake! Easy to get to from toronto. Everything you ask for, for a guys weekend!'

'We just had our small family wedding at the property. The rooms are spacious, most with washrooms and showers, lots of outdoor space for activities. We enjoyed billiard pool, darts and karaoke for indoor activities. The private beach with the paddleboat, kayaks and canoe was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time!'

'It was beautiful. The cabin was clean, nicely furnished and and stocked with all the extras, one would need. My husband even commented on how comfortable the bed was... A Cute little town, we are definitely going back with the family. '

'We were looking for a location to just relax, enjoy and we found it here. The cosy cottage was perfect for us, we had a wonderful fire, toasted marshmallows and relaxed. .
