    Ski Hill Condominiums bieden de perfecte locatie op slechts een blok naar Historic Main Street, een blok van de Skyway Skiway Run en op minder dan twee blokken van het Breck Connect Gondola. Deze 960 vierkante voet eenheid is een luxe vakantie met verbouwde keuken en badkamers, het is zeker uw twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers thuis weg van huis.

    Maak je geen zorgen als u uw vakantie boek vergeten, omdat de huiseigenaren hebben een vermelding boekenplank vol met opties. De immense ramen die de woonkamer lijn laat de warme zonlicht te overspoelen de woonkamer. Er is ruime zitplaatsen op de twee grote banken, meerdere side stoelen of de Twin dag bed naar een film op de flatscreen-tv genieten. Als het koud buiten, troost in de warmte van het gas open haard.

    Het gastronomische, rijke houten kast, wordt granieten aanrecht keuken voldoende gevuld met alle roestvrij staal, state of the art apparatuur en nog veel meer; fornuis, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Geniet van een huis gekookte maaltijd in het comfort van uw eigen eenheid op de houten eettafel voor zes personen.

    De eerste slaapkamer heeft een Queen bed met grote nachtkastjes ramen en houten meubilair. De tweede slaapkamer is geïnspireerd op de bergen ranch decor met een Full bed ingekapseld in comfortabele bedden met een grote flatscreen-tv. Mocht u extra slaapruimte nodig hebt, is er een koningin slaapbank in de unit waardoor accommodatie voor zeven personen.

    Andere voorzieningen binnen de eenheid zijn hoge snelheid draadloos internet en kabeltelevisie. Het complex exterieur en alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn onlangs gerenoveerd en opgewaardeerd. De complexe voorzieningen van Ski Hill omvatten een verwarmd buitenbad (alleen voor de zomer, Memorial Day tot Labor Day), wasserette met munten, een picknickplaats, twee gedeelde bubbelbaden en een overdekte parkeerplaats voor een voertuig. This place was perfect location for our trip. We were able to walk downtown and shop and not have to worry about jumping in the car. The kiddos used the heated pool and us the hot tub daily. We enjoyed our time in Breck and this place was great. (I will say the day bed in the living room was not comfortable at all per my 9 year old, would recommend getting a new mattress instead of the spring one)

The pros - condo clean, walking distance to everything, pool was clean and nice, enough room for family, 2 full bathrooms.The cons - condo is outdated, furniture needs replaced, beds and pillows terrible, no bug screens on windows, condo faces main road meaning traffic is non-stop and loud all day and well into the night.

Smaller bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in the middle. All pillows should be replaced as they are very flat pillows. Kitchen could use some more pots and pans for cooking. There were no oven baking pans available. If windows were replaced it would cut down on heating costs and road noise.

Location can’t be beat. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The couches have definitely seen better days and none of the TVs were smart TVs so you cannot stream anything.Also, there are a few power outages in the area which happened twice during our stay

We came in town for Oktoberfest. This property was great! Check in process kind of felt like an escape room but overall pretty smooth. The pull out couch bed definitely needs to be replaced. It felt like there was no mattress and just rods and springs. If you don’t use the pullout everything else was very comfy!

Well Appointed, Great Location

The check-in process is a bit cumbersome, having to pickup the keys from another building a couple blocks away with scant parking on a busy day. Other than that, the property itself is fantastic, great location 1 block from Main St, 2 blocks from the Gondola, easy parking, and the in-unit amenities are nice. Well stocked with cooking and serving supplies and a nice kitchen. The living room furniture has definitely seen some wear, but it's serviceable and comfortable enough. Would definitely return now knowing what I know to make the process even smoother.

The house had some issues and some maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. They tried to install a ceiling fan after our check in and left wires exposed when we asked them to finish up after we left. None of the windows had screens on them. Not ideal for young kids. Bed couch was broke, pillows were ripped and the blinds were missing panels. After we expressed our concerns the company refuned us 100.

Family stay at Ski Hill 15

The location of this property is unbeatable. It's between 4 O'clock and Gondola Ski Back trails. Just ski all the way to town and you'll be home in 5 minutes. Having gondola station across the street and a free bus stop nearby is also very convenient. Restaurants are nearby; just don't forget to make reservations. The condo was very clean. A ski closet by the door is very convenient. Heated floors in the bathrooms were nice. The only negative is the check-in process. We had to pick up the keys at the lock box 10 min away from the condo. Not very convenient, especially since our shuttle arrived after 10 pm. It was dark and cold and we had a lot of luggage. It would have been so much easier to have a lock box or a key pad on the door of the condo. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!

High cleaning fees

Stayed for one night, the place is pretty dated, and the check in process is a lot. Have to drive to another site to get the physical keys and parking pass. If you lose the temporary parking pass that is only good for your stay its $75, if you loose the physical keys its $150 for each key. I guess Walmart still charges $100 (sarcasm) to make keys these days and the pass that they are going to throw away anyway is worth $75 to throw away. Short term rentals are just crazy, you wouldn't get treated this way at a hotel. Pillows needed to be replaced years ago and the beds are pretty hard. The cleaning fees are crazy, wish they would just wrap up fees all in one easy price so you know what you are going to be paying upfront. Stayed at a hotel before this and I forget how nice it is to have your room cleaned daily, free cookies and water at the front desk, pool that works and somebody to call if something isn't to your liking.
