DELUXE 3 BR + LOFT, 3 BA CONDO - BRESSENOWN BRECK - RUIM

Atrium 304 is een ruim (1562 vierkante voet) penthouse appartement dat perfect is voor groepen van maximaal tien personen. Met twee master suites en tal van slaapmogelijkheden, het is een goede keuze voor twee families te delen. U zult ook genieten van de locatie: de pendelbus van het skigebied stopt direct buiten het complex en het is slechts twee blokken verwijderd van alle restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden van de historische Main Street Breckenridge!

Gewelfde plafonds en veel licht geven dit toestel een open, ruimtelijk gevoel. Op het hoogste niveau, de woonkamer is voorzien van een vloer tot het plafond geplaveide gas open haard en een grote lcd-tv - het is gewoon de plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag op de piste voor een drankje, gesprek en een favoriete film. Er is zelfs een balkon en gas grill net buiten de patio deur. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is klaar voor zwepen diner en snacks, met zitplaatsen voor zes aan tafel en 4 meer aan de bar. De koningin master suite is ook op dit niveau, evenals een andere slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden.

Net boven de wenteltrap is de loft en de grote koningin master suite met een volledig eigen badkamer. Het hok gebied heeft twee aparte bedden voor extra slaapplaatsen flexibiliteit. Er is gratis Wi-Fi in het hele complex, evenals een ondergrondse verwarmde garage, gratis WiFi, ski-opslag en een wasserij. Gasten kunnen ook genieten van een gedeelde patio met gasgrills en een grote gemeenschappelijke hot tub.

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses on some of the beds were not very good and most of the dressers were broken so when you pulled the drawer out they fell out. The comforters were old and shabby looking. We did not know there was no elevator and that we would be staying on the third floor. This was a bit of a hassle when loading ski’s, groceries, etc.

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

This spacious 3 bedroom with a loft is amazing from a space for the price perspective. Comfortable living area and very functional kitchen with all of the tools to whip up a meal if you wanted to. No need to cook though since it's a short stroll (600 yards) down the stairs to town that's loaded with tons of great dining options. free bus picks you up every 20 minutes right accross the street and takes you to Peak 9 in about 10 minutes. Same bus takes you back at the end of the day and drops you off right in front. Parking is ample and even underground garage parking if you lucky enough to get one of those spots. I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Breck
