Guests also enjoy access to the nearby Upper Village community pool to cool off on warm sunny afternoons.



Getting Around:

Getting around town is smooth and hassle-free. A free bus stop is located just a 1-to-2-minute walk down the street, offering free transit throughout Breckenridge via the local shuttle system. On-site parking is provided for 2 vehicles (1 space in the attached garage and 1 designated outdoor space). Walking and biking paths are located right outside your door for convenient access to downtown.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.\



Please note the garage will only fit a compact vehicle.

Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
