De Chimney Ridge Townhomes behoren tot de beste aanbiedingen in Breck. De locatie is ook geweldig! De shuttlebus naar de pistes (1 halte verder) en het centrum van Breckenridge bevindt zich direct aan het einde van de rit - of loop ongeveer een blok naar de Snowflake Lift. U zult ook genieten van seizoensgebonden toegang tot het Upper Village-zwembad en de hot tubs.

Chimney Ridge 506 is een herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers plus een loft, 3 badkamers en een geweldige keuze voor gezinnen en groepen tot 10 personen. De indeling op meerdere niveaus biedt iedereen voldoende ruimte om zich te verspreiden en te ontspannen - en maakt dit een geweldig huis voor meerdere gezinnen om te delen. En natuurlijk zal iedereen dol zijn op de privé-hot tub!

De grote kamer heeft grote ramen en hoge plafonds voor een comfortabel, open gevoel; er is ook een gashaard, een grote lcd-tv en veel zitplaatsen. De zolder boven is geweldig om te lezen, te ontspannen en te praten, of te slapen op het verstopte bed. In de volledig uitgeruste keuken kunt u alles klaarmaken, van après-ski snacks tot vakantiediners voor uw hongerige groep. De grote eettafel biedt plaats aan acht personen en er is ruimte voor drie personen aan de balie.

Buiten zijn er 3 dekken. Je zult een gasgrill vinden die bij die hot tub past. Andere voorzieningen zijn een verwarmde garage voor één auto en een parkeerplaats buiten, een volledige wasmachine en droger en gratis Wi-Fi in het hele huis.

Fantastic location, but a bit older

The highlight of the property is the location and proximity to ski rental, lift ticket and the Snowflake lift. The property itself is a bit older with the associated things that come with that. A bit run down, but still had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. If you have a larger vehicle, good luck parking it in the small garage. Great communication with the property manager that were very clear.

Breckenridge girls trip

We enjoyed the home. The parking was horrible. There were sharp curbs that you had to navigate around in a very very small parking lot. The host company was attentive and did answer our questions as one night there were oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces making it virturally impossible to park. The only other negative was that we really had no idea how far the pool was from our unit. It was confusing as to how to find it - and we actually never did. I don't believe there was a direct walking route at all. The bus stop across the street was quite convenient and we were able to figure out the app and use. it to avoid the parking situaltion at night. There were no instructions in the unit at all - which might have been helpful. In the room with the twin beds the bed closest to the window squeaked and there was a screen that was removed prior to our arrival and it was bent.

Nice place with super easy mountain access

As with most Breckenridge str’s, this one is starting to show its age. Property management was super responsive when the kitchen faucet fell apart on the first night. But the rental had everything we could have needed for a successful trip.

Lovely property

We had a very nice stay at the Four O-Clock townhouse. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the Beaver Run Hotel, where we attended a conference. The hot tub and jacuzzi were nice perks, and it was way cheaper booking three rooms separately for our staff. There wasn't coffee, but there was a lot of sugar. Also, the bottom floor gets way colder than the top at night and there are not individual thermostats to adjust, but it can be managed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with the place!

Booked for hot tub, hot tub was broken

We stayed in this unit for the amenities, specifically the hot tub. When we arrived Thursday evening it was broken - at only 73 degrees. We reported it at 10 am and the repair person did not come until 2 pm. His service was excellent and he temporarily fixed it. It worked Friday night. Saturday morning, it was broken again, down to 73 degrees again. Our hot tub was broken for 2/3 nights. We were extremely disappointed - it should not be advertised when the 20 year old hot tub does not work. Would not stay here again.

Fantastic property for the price

My family and I rented this property for 5 nights as a rest away from the Houston heat. We had looked at loads of properties till we found this one and value for money was second to none!! The property was very clean on entry and we were not disappointed in the property. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We cooked in a few nights and although the kitchen was a little small it was very well equipped, the only thing I would suggest would be sharper knifes (however thats cause my husband cooks a lot and is one of his things!!) The bedrooms were spacious and again well equipped with fans and humidifiers. Only small thing and again is a personal thing I prefer my mattress to be harder than what was on the beds but the rest of the party didn't find this an issue. Check in and out was easy and correspondence was always answered quickly. There is no early check in (It is 4pm) but for us wasn’t a problem we arrived from Houston and went straight for late lunch and then was time to check in. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable time in a well located and priced property, definitely be back.
