  • Nieuw gerenoveerd voor seizoen 19/20! - De Summit Chalet is een 2BD / 2BA appartement in The Corral en prachtig ingericht met gezellige bergdecor, een no-gedoe gas open haard en stralende vloerverwarming. Een wandeling van 5 minuten naar de Quicksilver 6-pack Superchair op Peak 9 of direct naar de stad biedt iedereen bewegingsvrijheid zonder "meet-up schema's". Bussen of gondels zijn niet nodig, maar ze zijn wel beschikbaar. De privé-hot tub voor 5 personen (geen 2 personen) wordt professioneel onderhouden en bevindt zich op uw extra grote terras (18 x 15 inch) met een nieuwe Weber gasbarbecue, nieuwe terrastafel en een prachtig uitzicht. Plaats uw auto, ski's, snowboards, fietsen, sneeuwschoenen, kajak en ander speelgoed dat u meeneemt in uw enorme verwarmde privégarage. Eigendom en uitgerust door een inwoner van Colorado om te delen met degenen die genieten van de avonturen in de buitenlucht. Het is perfect voor het verkennen van Summit County en daarna ontspannen na de dag ..

    Gratis snelle WiFi (85 Mbps en onbeperkte verbindingen) wordt aangevuld met een 60 "4k HD Smart TV met Soundbar in de woonkamer en HD-tv's in beide slaapkamers. De nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger in het chalet is van cruciaal belang voor droge skikleding de volgende dag of een moddervrij mountainbiketrui.

    Het chalet is een grotere 2BD op 1100 m² waardoor het ruim genoeg is voor gezinnen of bijeenkomsten met oude vrienden. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 8 comfortabel voor groep maaltijden en late night games of poker. Een volledig gevulde moderne keuken met granieten werkbladen biedt alles wat je nodig hebt om het te bereiden en uit te delen. De Gevalia-koffiepot kan de ochtend goed beginnen of gebruik de Keurig voor die speciale melange en gemakkelijke late-night-thee of warme chocolademelk.

    Gelegen aan de zuidkant van Main Street biedt directe toegang tot de stad, maar vermijdt late feestnachten. Alle gasten kunnen ook genieten van het grote bubbelbad voor 12 personen (naast de deur), een fitnessruimte, een stoomsauna, een speelkamer met pooltafel, tafelvoetbal, airhockey, een tv van 55 inch en een lounge.

    Er zijn geen bussen nodig, maar als u liever de haltes "Breck Free Ride" en "Main Street Trolley" rijdt, vindt u direct voor de deur.

If you’re planning a trip to Breckenridge, you absolutely need to consider staying here. My friends and I booked this spot for a girls’ trip, and it made the experience even better. The space was spotless, the owner was incredibly attentive, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. We also spent plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub after long days exploring.One of the best parts was the location! it was so close to downtown that we walked there every day and loved getting to enjoy the charm of Breckenridge on foot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway

communication was authentic and well timed from Kirk. 2 parking spots with 1 in a garage. The condo location is great. We walked to dinner each night. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice. Very relaxing.

Great location, very welcoming

Kirk was very welcoming and informative about the property, which was in great condition! Great location to base of Peak 9 as well as the free shuttle to get all around town. Would stay again!

Coffee with the Hummingbird

We had a great stay here with our two kids (12 and 9). The location was super convenient, really close to shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do. It made getting around so easy and not having to worry about parking fees.After a full day out, we loved relaxing in the hot tub or kicking back in the powered recliners (those were a hit!). One of my favorite parts was having coffee on the porch in the morning while a hummingbird hovered above at the feeder.The house had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Kirk’s was above and beyond expectations. We have stayed in many rentals but the accommodations in this chalet were top notch across the board. On top of that, Kirk provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Kirk was excellent in communicating with us and we enjoyed the nice bottle of wine he left for us upon our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Accommodations and Service

We thoroughly enjoyed Summit Chalet! The owners thought of everything to make our stay was comfortable and cozy. The condo is very well appointed. We especially appreciated the humidifiers and private outdoor hot tub on the deck. The owners went above and beyond to assure we had an excellent stay. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Rootstalk restaurant is a must!

Summit Chalet Amazing

We just loved this condo. Kirk was a great host and made everything super easy. Private hot tub was wonderful. Short .3 mile walk to the base of Peak 9. Downtown close for shopping and restaurants too. We'll come back for sure!

Great place! Clean & Beautiful! Walk to ski lift!

My family of 5 all had an incredible time at Breckenridge. 3 grown adult children, along with my wife and I had plenty of room in the chalet. It was clean and beautiful, owner was great to deal with! Short walk to lift and town so we never had to use the car or shuttle. Would recommend to others and would stay here again...and we are picky.

This is by far one of the best Vrbo properties we have ever stayed in. I am very particular about the places we stay in. Kirk was the best host I have ever worked with. He communicated beyond my expectations. He gave me the best information on places to eat, ski rentals, high elevation health, easy check in….and soooo much more. His chalet was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The hot tub was an awesome perk. The chalet was immaculate! We were walking distance to everything. He has the best equipped kitchen and the bottle of wine he left was a lovely surprise and made us feel so welcome! Definitely will stay with Kirk again! Best condo!

We had the most amazing stay in this vacation home! The host was extremely communicative, and the home is very clean and thoughtfully put together with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to Main Street and driving to several incredible hiking trails. The hot tub was extremely clean and well maintained. The living room furniture is comfortable and made for a very relaxing evening. The bathrooms are updated beautifully and kept extremely clean. We were thankful for the indoor garage to keep our rental car safe and warm. This was one of the most pleasant vacation rental experiences we have had, we highly recommend this home and host to anyone coming to Breckenridge!

Epic Stay

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! From the restaurant recommendations to suggesting where we rent ski equipment (which was so convenient and easy) we were able to walk easily to the lift everyday. The house was fully equipped. We enjoyed our complimentary wine and our kids loved the hot chocolate welcome gift by the fireplace the first night! Thanks again for a memorable vacation

Host with *THE* most!

We had the most amazing time! We made memories that we will never forget. Kirk was by far the most outstanding host anyone could ask for. His communication is unparalleled; he goes above and beyond to be helpful in every capacity. The condo was very clean and the checking in process was seamless. The location is wonderful to be able to walk to the slopes and to town. It was convenient to be able to leave our cars parked for the entire trip. We had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again.

It's the little things that really set this place apart. The unit is super clean. Check in and check out are a breeze. Location 8 min walk to Quicksilver lift, easy to get to Main St. Gas station 2 min walk for odds and ends that are forgotten, along with coffee, snacks, beer. Private hot hub is great, plenty of towels!!Full size washer and dryer with plenty of detergent, and dryer sheets.Kitchen has a good amount of cookware, matching dishes and glasses. Each room has a humidifier, and plenty of fans. Showers are very nice, both bathrooms have plenty of extra towels.Bedrooms have wireless charging for phones, along with access to power strips for additional devices. Kirk (the host) is super responsive and very polite. He sends out plenty of things to do, along with some of his favorite places to eat, prior to arrival. We both agree Legend's Steakhouse is great, try it if you have the time.Private heated garage, easy to get in and out of.This place is great!!! Book it you won't regret it.

Great Condo!

Without a doubt Summit Chalet is a 5-star property. The location was perfect for both getting to the Quicksilver lift, the ski schools, equipment rental and to Main street. It was a very short walk to both. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay. We were able to sleep our family of 6 very comfortably. My family absolutely loved the private hot tub. It definitely put the condo over the top. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent. Near immediate response for any questions, etc. that we had. We would definitely return to this condo. It made our trip.
