Downtown Breck Main Street is a quick 5-10 minute walk downhill or you can hop on the free bus across the street. Ticket window and ski shop are located across the street. In the summer, hike or bike on the 4 O'clock Run trail adjacent to the property. Seasonal access to Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Great unit with updated finishes, gas fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS: • Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom, mountain and town views! • Second bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom. • Third bedroom with twin over queen bunk located across the hall from a full bathroom. • Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. • This condo spans 3 levels with the master bedroom on the top level. Each level is a half flight up. There is no elevator in the building so guests must be comfortable walking up and down stairs.
UPPER VILLAGE POOL CLUBHOUSE: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm daily except for planned closure dates • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November. *This clubhouse is located approximately 3 blocks away at 450 Village Rd. In the winter it is easiest to drive there but please note that parking is limited.

The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is also directly across the street. • Catty corner to the Snowflake Lift, BlueSky ticket office, free ride bus stop, The Spa at Breckenridge and Charter Sports rental shop. PROVIDED ITEMS: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
