Attractive and well-coordinated furnishings make for a plush getaway, with a warm gas fireplace and windows looking out to the ski run in the winter and scenic wetlands in the summer. Spend some time indoors enjoying the condo and playing some of the family board games before taking advantage of all the fantastic on-site amenities that include a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Then, come back home to prepare a delicious homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen. This retreat is ideal for families and groups with a primary suite with a second TV and a bunk bedroom. Both the hot tub and the 4 O'Clock Ski Run are right outside the door and the office and fitness room are also nearby.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
