  • DE BESTE LOCATIE in Breckenridge! Je kunt letterlijk lopen naar de stoeltjeslift en elke bar, restaurant & winkel vanuit dit schilderachtige en gezellige appartement! Spring op de stadshuttle net buiten, loop naar het River Walk Centre voor evenementen! Er is ook een ondergrondse parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Vernieuwde eenheid in 2017 met alle nieuwe apparaten en meubels. Geweldige bovenste verdieping unit recht op Ridge St. (een half blok van Main) rustig en toegankelijk voor de beste Breck te bieden heeft! Vraag ook naar mijn andere locaties!

    De ruimte:
    Een nieuw bed met traagschuim, een slaapbank, een smart-tv en een interieur maken dit de beste plek in de stad. Een berg modern interieur houdt het appartement ruim en ontspannend voor uw berg weg te komen. Het gemak en de toegankelijkheid van alles wat Breck te bieden heeft, is uw voordeur!

    Gast toegang:
    Het hele appartement is van jou! Laat je tas en spullen in de opbergruimte vallen en ontspan met veel ruimte. Er is een toegangscode voor laat inchecken. Toegang tot de parkeerplaats vanaf het steegje van Main Street voor ondergrondse parkeergarage! Geen sneeuwscheppen!

    Interactie met gasten:
    Ik ben een lokale Breck en woon in de stad, dus als er iets is dat u nodig heeft om uw verblijf nog aangenamer te maken, laat het me weten. Als ik in de stad ben, ben ik bezig!

The location is a major selling point. Great communication and decent unit. It is a bit tight but otherwise exactly what my friends, myself, and my doggo needed.

Excellent location convenient to everything! My only complaint was that it was very hot (No AC or window in bedroom), and the noise level from traffic along the street was very annoying. Unfortunately, my husband had to be admitted to the hospital due to an unforeseen medical issue first day into our visit and remained in the hospital for the duration of our stay. Brett was accommodating in working with me on checkout changes due to this emergency. Hope to come back under better circumstances.

We stayed here during the fall for a wedding weekend and it was just perfect! Small unit with everything that you need including close proximity to everything on Main Street!

Great little spot in Breck

We enjoyed our stay with StayLTD. Bret was frequently in contact with us, and the check in/check out process was very smooth.

Location, location, location. Groceries, Starbucks, Gondola, Peak 9, great restaurants. All within a quick easy walk. Nice warm garage for car too. Just tiny, no dishwasher, dated, no window in bedroom. Still all in all suited our needs and location was incredible. Great and responsive host too!

In the winter this room might have been more comfortable but in hot July it was very uncomfortable. the two fans in the room were helpful but inadequate for cooling.I tried to sleep on the couch and the chair (too hot to sleep in the bedroom with my daughter). The window let in very little air or breeze.Were given the wrong garage code so parked in the back. The neighbors must cook long hours with a very strong spice which we smelled all night long.It was very clean and the location is certainly convenient for walking to the downtown.Did not talk to host. I would not stay here in the summer.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs for a quick weekend trip. It was very easy to find, check in and check out, and it was very quiet. It was also within walking distance of all our favorite spots!

Had an overall comfortable stay. The location is amazing!! Three minutes max to Main Street & seven minute walk to a dog park. Parking was easy and convenient. Check-in was easy and the location was easy to find as well. Space is cozy and the bed is comfortable, albeit a queen. Really loved all the hooks everywhere made it very logistically practical. Communications during our stay were slow and lacking.

Family Ski Trip

This was our 1st family ski trip to Breck and this location was perfect! Very close to Peak 9 and food/shops! We never had to drive and just spent got to explore the town during our stay. Highly recommend this location and if you’re looking for a convenient spot for a mountain getaway!

The location was awesome- walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants. Also appreciate the garage parking. Community washer/dryer was easy to use and worked great. No complaints. We would stay again.

Tremendous location, garage parking, very clean, great neighborhood, a grocery/liquor store literally across the street, super comfortable bed. The apartment was smaller and slightly dated, but we loved it, it suited our needs, and we felt there was so much value for the cost. Good communication with the owner as well.

Incredible location!

Our family of three had a great stay! We walked everywhere as the condo is in the best location. With great restaurants, shopping, the ice rink, and the grocery store right next door...nothing could have been more perfect. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us over the long weekend!

Summer getaway with the dog

Condo was in an amazing location, well appointed, comfortable, and a good value. Short walk to the river path, dog park, trails, and shops. Restaurants across the street in one direction and a grocery story across the street on the other side. Underground parking is a plus.

In the heart of downtown

This is a cozy little unit that had everything we needed. Its in the perfect location near all the downtown restaurants and bars and is walk able just to about anywhere. We came during winter and it was about 8 outside and snowing. The fact it has a indoor parking garage for your car is super handy. Would stay here again without concern. Its a great property.

Great Stay Off Main

Enjoyed a two fun nights in Breckenridge with our friends and family. We had two units and enjoyed them both. Picked this unit due to location and we could bring our four legged family member. Everything is within walking distance. The free Trolley is also easy accessible and easy to use. Side note: if you bring more than one car, there is a free overnight lot May-Oct off of Wellington.

Cozy spot right in downtown Breck

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, pet-friendly property. It was clean and well equipped for its size. This is a small property, tight with event 2 people but adequate for us since we spent most of our time out and about. It's walking distance to basically everything in downtown and right next door to a grocery. We asked for a late checkout and were told it was available for a sizable fee, so do plan accordingly. The included garage parking was a big plus, though!

Location — that about sums up any appeal to this place. It’s a great location, just a block from Mainstreet and very close to all you could want and need. The actual unit though? Dingy, old, cramped and for us, dirty. When we arrived there were fresh wet spots on the carpet and the place absolutely wreaked. We purchased air fresheners in hopes to help, but really it just masked the underlying stench of what smelled like the home of a hoarder. The host was poor in communicating and didn’t bother to address any concerns. Also the bed was concave in the center and uncomfortable. Sadly, we were happy to leave. If you have a strong sense of smell, this place isn’t for you.
