NIEUW EIGENDOM! Deze luxe nieuwe ontwikkeling is op loopafstand van de stad en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de gratis shuttle. Dit huis heeft uitzicht op Peak 8, 9 en 10 vanuit de woonkamer en het dek. Geniet van het privé-bubbelbad in de buitenlucht terwijl u luistert naar het gebabbel van de Blue River op het benedendek of BBQ op het gedeeltelijk overdekte bovendek terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op het skigebied. Gezellig in de woonkamer naast de gashaard die een elegante bergsfeer biedt. Dit huis beschikt over high-end afwerkingen op 3 niveaus met een woonkamer op het hoogste niveau en een slaapgedeelte op een lager niveau. De keuken is ingericht met hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen apparaten en biedt een zeer sociale sfeer. De woonkamer op het lagere niveau is uitgerust met een grote flatscreen-tv.

HET VOORDEL VAN SKYRUN: Alle SkyRun Breckenridge-eigenschappen zijn voorzien van een basispakket voor starters van papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, tissues, hand- / lichaamszeep, conditionerende shampoo, afwasmiddel, spons en afwasmiddel (dit is een 3-4-nachtvoorraad, gasten kunnen lokaal extra producten kopen). Elk huis is uitgerust met luxe beddengoed en handdoeken. De keukens zijn gevuld met een koffiezetapparaat, kookgerei, bakvormen, borden, glazen, bestek en kleine apparaten. PARKING: Parkeren in Breckenridge wordt strikt gehandhaafd. Houd u altijd aan geposte borden en parkeertoewijzingen om slepen of een ticket te voorkomen. Als u extra parkeerplaatsen nodig hebt voor meer auto's, wordt betaald parkeren 's nachts geboden door de stad Breckenridge in twee delen van de stad, 1) ten zuiden van de stad bij de Stephen West Ice Arena en 2) ten noorden van de stad (accepteert ook campers en aanhangwagens) op de Airport Road satelliet parkeerplaats. WAARSCHUWING: 4WD- of AWD-voertuigen die nodig zijn in de winter, sneeuw en ijs zijn op alle oppervlakken, inclusief opritten en wegen - geen restituties voor slepen of auto's die vastlopen. Sommige huizen vereisen 4WD of AWD in de niet-wintermaanden vanwege onverharde wegen en oneffen oppervlakken - bel voor meer informatie over uw huur. Beautiful Home on the River

The home was perfect. Situated right on the Blue River, it was a perfect place to escape the August heat in the south. It's location is convenient to town, whether by walk or by the free transit system in Breckenridge. It is located in a quiet neighborhood allowing the sound of the river to be the dominant sound in the living areas. The kitchen is well equipped. I am sure we'll be back.

Perfect Breck home

Amazing location and comfortable, luxurious layout and interior. Plenty of space, light and views on a quiet street from which you can still walk to town. We loved the house and will be back! Highlights: Great showers and super comfortable beds and bedding, plus really fun games for the family :)

Great Home for a Ski Trip

This house was the perfect location for a family ski trip. The location was great and we loved the cozy high-end decor. The hot tub was a great amenity after a day on the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house, beautiful location, horrible property management

Once a year our family takes an annual vacation. Our 4 grown kids have their own schedules to juggle in order to make these trips happen so they are very important to us. Upon arrival, we were more than thrilled with this beautiful house and the space. However, the cleanliness was less than desirable. We had brought some cleaning supplies with us and thank goodness we did, there were only two dish towels in the entire unit, some glass cleaner and paper towels. We spent an hour wiping down counters, walls, handrailings and the kitchen floor. We ran out of our own supplies so we went to the grocery store for more. The owners of this unit, Mike and Anna have impeccable taste. The home was absolutely beautiful, perfect for all of us and in a perfect location to Breck. But I am sure they would be very disappointed with the property management and lack of cleanliness provided.

Quiet and Beautiful

This was the perfect place for friends to hangout, cook homemade meals, laugh, cry and enjoy the quiet and peaceful beauty of the mountains. The river flowing outside the condo was so soothing for the soul.

This home exceeded our expectations. The sound of the river while sitting on the deck was a highlight. The furniture was beautiful, the home was very clean, and attention was paid to the details. Our kids found games and toys in some of the drawers which is always appreciated when traveling with kids. The layout worked so well for our family, and the location was awesome. I would stay here again.

Great Spring Break - finally

This property is amazing. High end appliances, more than enough room for us and our 6 children. Easily accessible to downtown Breckenridge by car or by bus. We had to reschedule three times because of COVID restrictions and the rental agency and I assume the owners were very understanding and made the whole process easy. We have been to Breckenridge many times and always change our rental home looking for the next best thing. I think we have found it now and look forward to renting the same home in the future (if they will take us).

Excellent house for our group of six adults. I like working with Sky Run because the process is very smooth and easy to use. Breckenridge is an excellent town to use as a base camp for sight seeing and touring.

Great location and beautiful house!!

This house was wonderful for our family. The layout was perfect! Each of our three kids had their own private room and bathroom in the basement. The master was upstairs all by itself and private. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the outdoor deck and listening to the river that is right in the backyard. The view out back and out front can’t be beat. The kids enjoyed the private hot tub each night. We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful property. It was in a quiet area but not too far to town. Main Street is within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood. Non contact check in and out was easy. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when back to Breckenridge!

Amazing location

The house was perfect for our 3 families to spread out and have plenty of room. You can’t beat the view and the river in the backyard, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax. Overall, we loved the house...but the property management group was awful. As soon as we arrived, we let them know the dishwasher was broken. They sent someone out who “supposedly” fixed it...but they did not. We reached out again letting them know it was still broken (through voicemails and email) and we never heard another word from them. We had to hand wash dishes for 5 days (and we had 11 people total). It was beyond an inconvenience. We also had to go out and buy a coffee maker because the one in the house was terrible.

Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

This beautiful home was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to celebrate an amazing Thanksgiving with a beautiful dinner. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful listening to the river while enjoying the large hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Stunning property - upscale amenities - simple, classic and impeccable decorating

I rented this property for a 40th surprise birthday party for my wife. We had family and friends traveling great distances to join in on the surprise. This property impressed everyone and I continue to hear about how great the place was. With 4 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms, this couldn't have been better. Every couple had their own room and bathroom, great for privacy. The 4th bedroom has a full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. The layout of the property is ideal - an entire floor separates the master suite from the lower lever bedrooms - and there is a 1/2 bath on the main (entertaining) level. The property is constructed very well using quality materials and finishes - you can tell by the airspace, everything is sound tight and clean. There are multiple thermostats and the temp control through each floor was on point. The property backs up the the Blue River and this provides a natural ambiance when outside. The hot tub is tucked nicely underneath the deck and overlooks the trees and the river. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a dead end, while also being walking distance from the South end of Main St. Check-in was simple and very well communicated. All in all, I couldn't have chosen a better place for our Breckenridge experience.

I really enjoyed staying here we did run into some issues but we had a fast response to get issues resolved the river is so peaceful and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was such a beautiful neighborhood and that house was pretty clean when arrived again any issues we had were resolved for anyone who like to cook and use seasoned while there up there like my self make sure you bring extra seasoning they just have the basics. It’s also a very short walk to town so it’s perfect in location as well!
