Locatie, locatie! Mooi nieuw gebouwd huis gelegen in de stad en op 5-8 minuten lopen naar de Quicksilver-lift aan de voet van Peak 9 en op de Breckenridge-shuttleroute. Dit luxe huis met 3 slaapkamers, 2 1/2 badkamers, 1 auto garage slaapt comfortabel 9 personen en beschikt over gewelfde plafonds en een open plattegrond die een moderne bergachtige omgeving creëert. Geniet van familie en vrienden tijdens het bereiden van een maaltijd in de open keuken met professionele apparatuur en elke bel en fluit die u zou verwachten in een luxe verhuur. Verwarm je tenen met vloerverwarming in de vloer en ontspan in de stoomdouche of hot tub terwijl je een adembenemend uitzicht op de Ten Mile Range hebt. Gratis shuttle-toegang net buiten de deur. Kom en ga zoals je wilt in een van de nieuwste en handigste buurten van Breckenridge.




Plaats
De ontwikkeling van Maggie Point ligt aan de zuidkant van de stad en biedt gemakkelijk toegang tot alles. Een snelle wandeling van 5 minuten over het met stenen omzoomde voetpad leidt je naar de Breckenridge-brouwerij - een van de geweldige plekken die Breckenridge te bieden heeft in Main Street. Loop gemakkelijk naar de basis van Peak 9 (de Quicksilver-lift) of pak de gratis shuttle voor de ontwikkeling naar een van de basiszones (Peak 7, 8 of 9). De gratis pendeldienst arriveert elke 15 minuten en is een handige manier om de stad te verkennen en door het skigebied te navigeren. Een vroege wandeling naar de Quicksilver-lift is een geweldige manier om de opening te overslaan en de dag te beginnen op een wijd open Peak 9 of Peak 10. De ijsarena Stephen C West ligt aan de overkant van de straat en de Blue River is een korte wandeling langs de heuvel. Kinderen zullen genieten van een eigen bosrijke speeltuin net achter het huis. U kunt zonder een auto te huren bij deze accommodatie komen. Het is dicht genoeg bij alles en op de shuttlehalte.

Gorgeous place

The town home is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. It is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street. The hot tub is way bigger than expected. I personally loved the jets for the feet, especially after hiking. LOVE this property. Thank you for sharing with us.

Amazing Location and House

First off, the property is beautiful. Owners spared no expense in design and options in the home. Second, the location is in walking distance from downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and we are planning to add a steam shower to our own house after experiencing it here first! Love the place, thank you for sharing it with others!

This house is even better than it appears in the listing! We stayed here for a full week with our three teens and all loved it. There’s plenty of space. The beds and linens are nice, high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily cook a full meal. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Having a nice washer and dryer was so handy. The location is 2 minutes to downtown, and we used the free shuttle daily. Communication with the property manager regarding the facility features and check-in and check-out was great. We will definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Home!

We had the most amazing week in Breckenridge! The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and within walking distance of Main Street! The kitchen was fully stocked for those of you looking to cook in, the back deck was great for early morning coffee or late night drinks, the hot tub was super fun for the kids and my husband and I loved the master bathroom shower! You will not be disappointed by the home or fabulous location. If we return to Breckenridge we will for sure book this home again.

Cozy location to social distance

With the current conditions, we ended up spending more time in the condo than originally planned. We enjoyed keeping cozy with the hot tub , large table for games, full kitchen, and GREAT view. We had everything we needed and more. Look forward to planning another trip to Breck in the future.

This place was outstanding. The pictures online do not show how wonderful this place is to stay. There is plenty of room for family's, friends or couples. the view from the living room and deck is outstanding. You can see the top of breck and the snowcats working at night. The check in process was easy and all the amineties worked great.

Truly 5 star ...Best shower in a VRBO!

This property is better than advertised. The pictures are accurate but they do not covey the little details that make a big difference. The property is the best supplied VRBO that I have stayed in. From the spices in the kitchen to the laundry to the things like toilet paper, there is enough to last the week...not just 1 roll per bathroom like a lot of properties. The property makes you feel like you are at home. It is in a great location, walking distance to just about everything in town with some really good food choices very close by. The back porch has great views of the mountains with a large hottub and gas firepit and grill. The thing that stood out the most about the property was the steam shower in the master bedroom. With 6 heads and a steam setting it is the best shower I have seen in a VRBO. It is really great if you are not used to the dry climate. The steam really makes a difference....just stay away from the steam valve near the floor as it gets extremely hot! The checkin was really easy, all the info needed was sent in advance. The only time I communicated with the management folks was to let them know we were checking out and we had a very pleasant conversation. If we return to Breckenridge, this is where I want to stay!

Family Getaway in Breckenridge

In having seven people stay in a home can be taxing, the layout and amenities had enough room and options for everyone. The location South of Main made travel, shopping, and dining simple. I don’t know which was better, the steam shower or large hot tub. This is a great property and the management communication was stellar. Five stars all the way around.

We felt like we were home. The ski slope views from the kitchen area were beautiful....who could ask for more. The furnishings were lovely. Bed was very comfortable and the master bath shower was over the top nice. The kitchen addressed all our cooking needs. Being located steps away from the town bus stop made getting about town smooth sailing. Working with Fonda during the booking process was easy. All our questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. If you want to have a peaceful and relaxing time we highly recommend this property.

Great location and magnificient views!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay here for 10 nights. We were in Breck for Octoberfest and the Wine Classic. The location was great for walking back and forth to town. This home has every amenity you could ever want. Super comfy bed, and waking up to an amazing mountainview from the master bedroom was an added bonus. Great views from the deck and hot tub outside as well as from the kitchen and living room. Definitely felt like home away from home!
