De eigenaren van dit huis liet geen middel onbeproefd gelaten in hun streven naar comfort en stijl. Dit 4 slaapkamer / 4 bad huis gelegen in het Peak 7 met slechts een korte rit naar Breckenridge, biedt een rustige omgeving met alle luxe die u nodig hebt voor de perfecte vakantie. Deze berg huis knaller heeft grote uitgestrekte ramen, gewelfde plafonds en prachtige hardhouten vloeren in een open plattegrond in de belangrijkste level woonkamer, eethoek en keuken. De eenvoudige stijl en comfort van dit huis blijft gedurende het gehele pand.

Locatie - Dit huis is gelegen ten noorden van Breckenridge in het Peak 7 gebied op slechts 4 mijl van de stad en ook de Breckenridge Golf Club (ziet satelliet overzicht in foto's). Het is de ideale locatie, niet alleen om te genieten van Breckenridge, maar alles wat Summit County te bieden heeft!

Voorzieningen - Laten we beginnen met de keuken waar de granieten werkbladen en roestvrij stalen apparaten (waaronder een dubbele oven) bieden de gasten de perfecte omgeving om zweep top-notch diners na een dag op de piste. Het nabijgelegen eethoek biedt plaats aan 10 met een mooie kersenhouten tafel en ramen aan drie zijden, terwijl de aangrenzende grote zaal met zijn brullende open haard en ruime banken is ideaal voor een slaapmutsje en conversatie. De aparte woonkamer beneden gebied beschikt over een gas open haard, een grote flatscreen-tv, een dvd-speler en een minibar met een koelkast en een magnetron. Afronding van deze droom berg huis is een ruim terras met hot tub, evenals een verhoogde dek met gas grill.

Great family stay at Lone Hand Lodge!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Lone Hand Lodge. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We particularly liked the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms had an attached bathroom and there was a second living area in the lower level. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Amazing!

This place is amazing! We have a wonderful time! It was SO clean and spacious! We had two families staying together… 4 adults and 6 children ages 16-11. We were not on top of each other! It was close to downtown and to the lifts! This is certainly a place we would ALL return to! Thanks so much for making the stay easy and absolutely wonderful!!!!

The hot tub in the yard were used daily.Not knowing Breckenridge very well, we didn ́t know that the house was going to be, lets say, a bit outside the town. There is one road for all the houses in the area which makes it more private, with lots of trees but needs a drive to town.We enjoyed it a lot, thanks to pinnacle for their extraordinary attentiveness.

Beautiful Home on the Mountain and Close to Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family of 8 (including two small children and two grandparents) spent a week at this home in late July. The house has a wonderful layout for a big group and we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. The deck and yard were wonderful, too. We even had a moose visit the backyard one morning! It's only a 8-10 minute drive to Breckenridge downtown, too. The customer service was great, but we had a few technical issues that are worth mentioning:- The oven does not work. It would work for a few minutes, but once it got over 300 degrees, it would shut itself off and lock the door. We communicated with the company a few times about it and their solution was telling us to flip the breaker to the oven or use the small toaster oven instead. The breaker fix only worked temporarily until the oven again got over 300 degrees. This really disappointed the older people in our party, as they had spent a lot of time and money planning meals that needed an oven to be cooked. It needs to be replaced or serviced. Otherwise, don't plan to cook anything at the home that can't be grilled. -There is a pack n play in the closet of the house available for use, but when I asked about it before the trip, they told me assuredly that there was not one at the rental. That was also disappointing as we ended up having to lug ours on the plane for no reason.-The pillows are very, very thin and pretty lumpy. If you need a good pillow in order to sleep, you might consider bringing one. -The upstairs deck table could really use an umbrella for shade. We brought up the downstairs one but it didn't really fit the table.-There are a TON of kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. but very, very little pantry space (the pantry door was locked and the cabinets were mostly full of other items). It was nice to have so many things available though.-The laundry only has one single-use packet of detergent provided. Plan to bring your own detergent.

This house was perfect for our first vacation to the snow!! There was tons of board games for the kids to Stacy occupied with and play family games at night! The house was clean and loved the shampoo/conditioner/soap, and lotion in all of the bathrooms! Definitely recommend this house and we will be back!

Week stay at Lone Hand Lodge.

Perfect mountain retreat for a family gathering. Living space both upstairs and downstairs so can easily spread out. Four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Trailhead just a 10 minute hike and other hiking trails across the road. Great getaway location!

Stunning views! Beautiful home! Lots of wildlife!

We (11 family members) stayed in this home for a summer celebration. Everyone was very comfortable. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. The home is well stocked and very clean. We made almost every meal in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on deck in the mornings and evenings. The views are gorgeous. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. We enjoyed many walks throughout the neighborhood. Access to a hiking trail system is only a about a 10 minute walk down the road. We saw moose, fox and a bear. The hot tub is clean and very relaxing. The management staff is very responsive and professional. We asked a few questions (via text) and they responded within minutes. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Relaxing stay!!

This property was everything we imagined it would be. Your first impression when you walk upstairs and see the great room/kitchen with all the windows is jaw dropping. The views of the mountain out your kitchen window covered in snow never got old. You could even see people skiing if you looked closely. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Since covid had all the dine in options shut down we did a lot of cooking. You can still do some outdoor dining, but with us having our baby it wasn't feasible due to the cold temperatures. The master bedroom was extremely cozy with it's fireplace. The bed slept well too! The Master bath has an amazing shower with two showerheads! I wasn't able to get the jacuzzi tub to work but it made for a great soaking tub. The last thing I'll say is we loved the close proximity to town. Once you come down off the mountain you can make a right on airport ( instead of the left which will take you back to the light which takes you to 9 south) and it will take you straight to the grocery store/liquor store/ gas station. Overall stay was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

Friends retreat

We had a great time hanging out in the kitchen/dining/living room area and the hot tub. This house is pretty close to town so that was really nice.
