Ze zijn ook slechts een korte shuttle rit naar het centrum van Breckenridge, waar u fantastische winkels, restaurants en entertainment zult vinden! Overall stay was enjoyable with minor issues. Bed was comfortable. Would suggest rearranging furniture in living room to have the couch more at an angle to the room and square with the TV. Ditto regarding reclining chair. Floor mats on first floor (and especially at top of stairs) tended to slide around and could potentially pose an accident hazard. The freezer door handles need to be tightened. The guest bathroom sliding shower door sticks and could present a hazard. The front right stovetop burner coil came loose several times making it inoperable and had to be reinserted several times. I think this has been a recurring issue based upon earlier reviews. It would be nice if there were more adult games provided. It would also be nice if there was a broom and dustpan provided, as well as some basic cleaning products (e.g., Windex). Other than that, and the fact that one of the online pictures of the unit reflected an outdoor grill being available (which it was not), we didn't have any issues with our stay and found the unit quite comfortable. And just one more thing, the wiring for the two TVs in the bedrooms could be hidden - it's kind of sloppy looking.

Great location for summer or winter. Off the main drag, so more privacy, but easy walk to all the action. Bus stop in front of property. Loved the balcony. Didnโ€™t use the hot tub or pool, but nice perk. Good communication with host. Would book again.

Family ski trip

Excellent location. Easy walk to Snowflake or Beaver Run. Great rooms that were comfortable for two adults and three 18 year olds. Kitchen is small but thatโ€™s fine since we were skiing all day. We loved the warmed floors in the garage! Excellent communication.

Los Pinos Perfection

We loved staying at this condo during our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. It was a great space for our family of 4 adults. The space was super cozy, well equipped and great location within walking distance to Snowflake lift, ski rentals, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. This condo unit allows for a couple of hot tub options as well after a long day on the slopes. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this lovely place and will definitely consider staying her again.

Great spot for a Breck visit!

Great spot to stay in Breck! 10 minute walk to main street, quiet, peaceful, right down from the grocery store as well. Has everything you need. A few comments though - several spiders on the lower level (bedroom level), the front right burner of the stove didnโ€™t work, attempting to watch anything streaming was a struggle as it would buffer a dozen times, and sadly the hot tub wasnโ€™t clean and the clubhouse was unexpectedly closed for the season, which was a bummer. That said, none of these things had a big impact on our visit and we would stay again.

Great Summer Value & Location

The condo was very well appointed with nice furnishings and appliances. The deck was cozy and comfortable - a great place to spend a morning sipping coffee and looking out amongst the pines to the surrounding mountains. Couple of drawbacks, though. No A/C, which would have come in handy when opening the windows didn't bring down the temp very quickly. Also, no bathroom upstairs where the kitchen and living area are located, so you have to go downstairs and then back up to the living area. We had a couple of maintenance issues (burnt-out light bulbs, one burner on the stove didn't work, sink stopper in the guest bath broke), but nothing major. Summit said someone would be out to fix the sink, but no one showed. It was our last day (Saturday), so no huge issue other than they said it would be fixed but it wasn't. We were told to change out the light bulbs ourselves but none were on the property, and we were asked to make sure the burner was plugged in before they sent someone out. We did, and it was, but by then we didn't want to wait for someone to come by so we dropped it. Overall, we were pleased and would come back and stay again.

Fantastic Property

Awesome vacation in a very comfortable home. Used the hot tub and grill most nights. The covered back deck was amazing all times of the day with plenty of shade and sites to see. The house has all the amenities you could want and definitely plan to Vacation here again.

I rarely have a disappointing experience at a VRBO property; however, during our stay, this property continually had issues that led to our poor rating. The front door was not closed when we arrived. This left us unsettled and questioning safety. We checked all areas of the unit and then felt better. The master shower did not drain, so we had to shower in the guest shower. The stovetop did not work, so we did call for assistance. The repair was made that day, but one burner still did not work after the repair. The purpose for staying at the property was to use the kitchen and not eat out. The issue with the range/oven defeated our purpose for staying at the unit. Other minor issues compiled onto these larger issues led to our frustration. Rose did respond quickly with the range repair.
