Worst managed property
The lock box that was supposed to contain property keys was empty. Didn’t get keys until halfway through the second day. Ski locker wasn’t accessible until the later part of the second day. WiFi and TVs didn’t work and it was SuperBowl Sunday. When I called, they just said the same thing that’s written in the guidebook. (The guidebook is not specific to this property but a general book used for multiple units.) A worker finally came to fix the TVs and WiF late the second day. Steam Room was broken. For a “luxury property” this definitely fell short. I will defy check to see if a property is managed by SCMR before I book.

Breckenridge Peak 7 New Year
The check in process was as described in the info received, but only included two key cards...for five registered guests which made logistics challenging as the key cards are required to use amenities (hot tub, ski locker, fitness center). The location at the base of peak 7 was awesome and the amenities were good. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo
Clean and nicely furnished. Tons of pillows which is always a plus. Master bedroom - bed has a firm mattress, not the most comfortable. Second bedroom - mattress was way too firm, could not sleep on it. This is a first floor unit and if you like having windows open - take note you won’t want to in this unit. Nice to have a heated garage to park in.

Very nice unit in a good location; however, a bit close to the gondolas as you could hear them running all day long with the open windows. Probably a better unit in the winter as the windows would be closed and you wouldn't hear the sound of them running. Was a bit nervous being on the ground floor and having to have the windows open as there is no air conditioning. We liked taking the gondola down to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the free bowling, shuffle board and corn bag games that were available to the Peak 7 residents. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance.

The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and excellent location right next to the gondola. This would be an excellent location for skiing. There is no a/c so we did have to use box fans in the windows.

This condo is very warm. Mountain air through the windows cools it off, but the windows are on the ground level. It depends on your comfort as to if you’re fine with people walking on the sidewalk right by your room with open windows while you’re sleeping. Additionally one of the windows had to be pushed closed from the outside because it wouldn’t shut from the inside. Also, the hot tubs were not operational which we were really looking forward to using. The property management never did get back to me when I texted about the hot tubs being out of order. Basically, we won’t be back.

Summer in Breck
Wonderful place. I wish there was a front staff to ask questions or help. The shuttle service was hard to figure out initially but great once found the code. The lockbox situation was annoying bc the key was stuck inside. We need more than 1 key so the family can split up. The parking pass should be in the lockbox too so it is easily found and replaced at checkout instead of leaving inside the condo. We had oxygen delivered and the as just left at unstaffed front desk which is not safe since the order is medical and had personal information but was no other option. The home itself was clean (carpet needs to be replaced) but location was great; loved 1st floor; hot tub was broken and sometimes the gondola was too which take away from overall appeal of the condo location. It was summer so extra walking to next hotel or a shuttle was fine (I think winter with all the gear would make this very annoying for no gondola access or hot tub access.) The furniture needs to be downsized for the space (really big pieces)- need less furniture to make more room - esp if more people than our 3 and winter gear. Closets were full so no place for luggage. Every piece of furniture was just BIG and the space isn’t big. However, we aren’t there long enough but if winter it would be very crowded. Bathrooms were great though. Overall 4 stars!

Perfect Location
Wonderful stay. The lodge is perfectly located at the base of Peak 7. Rented skis from Breck Sports which was right next to the ski locker. Best for skiers who want to ski blues or blacks rather than beginners. The condo faces away from the slopes with a view of the gondola.

Overall very pleased with the property. Location was ideal. The only suggestions that I would make is to replace the coffee maker with a Keruig, especially with the new space-saving models that are available. We tried brewing several times with the pot that is currently there with no luck. Secondly, the matress in the bedroom with the king size bed should be replaced soon.

Fantastic family winter break
Crystal Peak Lodge is true ski in/ski out, and this condo was perfect for our family of four over Christmas. Our two sons are ages 21 and 16, and we loved how easy it was to get to town via the gondola just steps outside the building. We were out early everyday, to ski, and it could not have been easier with the lift just steps from the locker room outside door. We hope to be back!

Great Ski In/Ski Out Location
The condo was exceptional and was literally 20 steps to the lift. We stayed during the early part of the ski season, so the resort was pretty empty. We enjoyed the outside hot tub to ourselves in the evening. We played pool and utilized the fitness center with no one else. The condo was beautiful with everything you need. The parking garage was also easy to access. The peak 7 gondola that you can ride to town was also just steps from the condo. Complimentary coffee, cocoa and spiced cider was served in the lobby area. We will definitely be back!

Great location that felt like home
This was a great vacation rental. The location was perfect to all that Breckenridge has to offer. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had all that was promised and more. I wish there would have been more advertisement to the free amenities that staying at Crystal Peak Lodge had to offer like…renting a private bowling alley for free, using the free BMMA shuttle ..which was like having your own personal UBER ride for FREE ❤️🙏🏼 Thank you for making our trip memorable. We will be back!

Perfect Spot
This property is exactly as shown and a perfect spot to stay. Hiking trails all around. A very short drive down the slope to the town of Breckenridge. The condo has everything you could need and the property managers are so attentive to detail. They communicated with us prior to our arrival, made sure the check in process went smoothly and were there for us during our entire stay. They absolutely made our time there so worry free. Can’t wait to return to this perfect spot.

Crystal Peak Lodge Stay
Our stay at Crystal Park Lodge was a wonderful experience. Location was very nice especially appreciated the shuttle downtown because parking would have been impossible with Octoberfest & 30,000+ people in town. Beds were very comfortable & kitchen/bath were well stocked with necessities. Windows were difficult to open because cranks didn’t work well or came off. Although the unit was very clean, I would suggest the blinds & louvered doors be dusted before the busy ski season. Another suggestion would be to have some specific information (ie card with QR code) available for the shuttle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I would rethink the cleaning fee for those that only stay one night. We paid more for cleaning than we did for the stay. But it was a beautiful place and quiet regardless of our rather loud neighbors! We didn’t hear a thing when we went to our rooms! 🤭

This property met all of our expectations! It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable for our family. The only thing that we weren’t completely happy with was the lack of function for the televisions in the bedrooms. However, we didn’t go on vacation to watch tv! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely consider rebooking if we decide to return to Breck…

We were disappointed that we had to pay for a late departure of only an hour over. The place is half empty and this is a high end establishment and we feel this should have been given as courtesy to high paying patrons.

This condo was everything and more. Right at the base of peak 7 with easy access to town via the gondola steps from your door. Could not beat this location at all. Walk right out to the independence lift chair and easy lunch breaks. Can’t wait to return here again.

Great Peak 7 Locatation!
My family and I had a great time at Breckinridge and really enjoyed the condo layout and location! We were able to walk to 2 lifts or the gondola to go into town within minutes. This gave us the ability to come back for breaks and lunches without losing too much time on the slopes. We had plenty of room for our family of four and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay perfect!

The management company! Does NOT care about the guest experience
After driving 18 hours from Michigan to Breckinridge! My family and I stopped at the store to purchase groceries. When we arrived at the condo. We noticed that the refrigerator’s ice dispenser and water did not work. We reached out to the management company and responded to one of the generic mass marketing text messages that the refrigerator’s ice and water dispenser were not working.. The management company did not respond. So the next day I called.. the lady asked did you turn it on!! My son is an electrical engineer we know how to turn a ice and water machine on! it looks to me like you may be aware it is not working since it already has empty ice cube trays in the freezer. Plus they did not give us any laundry soap or dryer sheets ( which it states are provided) after about 3 -4 hours someone knocks on the door with another 2 ice cube trays and some laundry soap ( no dryer sheets). I call the management company and ask is this how they are going to solve the problem. Since we have warm cocktails and no filtered water! She replied in a text that the unit did not list these as features of the condo.. I said look at the listing it is a picture of an updated kitchen and shows the refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. She said that this is not a feature of this unit! I suggest you go to the store and buy ice and bottled water.. After talking to my girlfriends I said this is so unacceptable. I am a person who loves ice in my cocktails and I like water before bed!! So I had to make a special trip to the store about 20 minutes away.. The television did not turn on in the master bedroom. The cable was slow, spotty and the converter box to use the remote was not in a spot to be used from the couches. I would suggest to the owners to maybe use the management company on site since they seem to care about the guests and agreed that the above situations were not handled appropriately by the management company. After having to buy my own ice and water. I decided to not let the repair person have access to the unit. Since I did not want anymore of my time to be affiliated with this company. Also I do not think 2 towels in the bathroom is enough for guests. The master bedroom we could not have the blinds open since a bright light would shine in the room. It was also very warm but we could not open the windows because of a loud mechanical noise right outside the window.

How we couldn't get inside the property for 3 hours
We couldn't get into the property. becouse someone didn't put the keys in the Dropbox. It would of been nice if the ice maker/ cold water in the fridge worked. Too hot inside the property. No air-conditioning. The bedroom window was right on top of the garage exhaust and that noise didn't stop night and day. We had to keep our windows open, becase of the heat. The sheets were synthetic. The keys that we had wasnt opening the entrance door. I went walking early in the morning and I could not get inside. Other than that the property was well managed, looked very nice.

Enjoyed crystal peaks for spring skiing. While peak 7 lifts had closed, it was an easy gondola ride to peak 8, and this room was a convenient walk from gondola after long day on slopes. Room had everything we needed for cooking in and relaxing. We were able to reserve the hot tub for apres ski recovery!

Amazing stay!
10/10 would recommend. The place was spotless, located ON the mountain, had all kitchen utensils necessary (except salt) and the hot tub is open (have to call front desk for reservation)! We were so pleased we would absolutely come back. There’s a review that says the gondola noise is loud and you can hear it (it’s literally outside your door), but there are fans provided in each bedroom and even on the lowest setting, it drowned out the gondola noise. Can’t wait to hopefully visit again!

Perfect place to stay
This is a great place to stay! Worked perfect for what we were wanting. Had everything we were expecting. Close to ski rental and being this close to ski lift was awesome! Heated garage was very nice. A couple items that people should know is that if you plan to sleep in you will hear the noise of the gondola running. It starts up around 7:00AM which usually wakes you up since it right out side the bed rooms. We could not get our keys to work at all areas getting back in from the hot tub area we would have to walk around to get in. Could also not get our ski locker to open to put skis in. Getting the garage door to open we would have to use different cards to get it to open at times. Reminder the remotes to the living room TV is hidden inside a wooden box that looks like a book. Overall we would come back to this lodge again!! We definatly enjoyed.

On the ground floor of Building at Peak 7 lift. Ski lockers are nice. Ski Butlers will Pick up from locker directly. We didn’t get to check out amenities due to Covid but building looks nice too. Easy access to Peak 7 lift and Peak 8 by gondola. Being in ground floor right by gondola does cause some mechanical noise and headlights from cars point at the blinds but it wasn’t a big deal. The only issue we had was with the second bathroom shower with a leaky shower head and kids couldn’t reach control to switch to handheld, which didn’t fit holder. We were only there a few night so opted to endure and ask for repair after departure. Rental contact was nice only available by business hours unless “emergency”. It’s a nice place at a fair price and we’d rent again. Thanks!

Christmas gift ski trip
We had a wonderful ski trip with our three children. The condo was beautiful and right at the base of Peak 7. This peak does not have beginner terrain, so we needed to travel due to our five year old's need for green ski slopes, but we enjoyed our time. I would ask Crystal Peak to open their fitness area before 8am.

The overall experience was certainly a positive one. The only problem we had was the ease of check in (couldn't find the key) and didn't give us the necessary code to the ski locker. Great location (Peak 7 not 8), adjacent to the gondola, very clean.

Family get away
We really loved the property and location! The unit was super clean and kid friendly. The shuttle services were a life saver!! The only thing I recommend is more detail for finding the lockbox to retrieve the unit key card. As it was off season there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to assist on locating the lock box and everyone we asked didn’t know anything about them. I would recommend saying the lockbox is located at the top of the stairs (on the left side if facing the complex) attached to the handrail. Overall I would hands down come back or recommend to others!

One night stay at Ski Hill property
Condo was just as we needed and expected. Very quiet. The only issue we faced was at check-in. The directions to the lock box for the keys need to be more accurate. We found the lock boxes after about 20mins of searching. An easy problem to fix!
